    Person to person, get MARY to help you. I don't often do reviews but her helpfulness made me. She was understanding, VERY helpful, and kept things moving for me. Once again, ask for MARY!! I know what I'm telling you!!

    When we arrived at the store we were assisted by a very friendly and very helpful person call Mary, she's an excellent person. Unfortunately the service offered by this store is a failure, specifically the delivery service. We made a purchase on May 10 and it was not until June 10 that the delivery was arranged. On the day of delivery I am notified that they will be at my house in an hour, I request permission from work to attend the delivery and they may believe that I waited for two and a half hours and they never arrived. The contact says they are on the way, if on the way to the first delivery, by who knows how long and I was losing work hours because of a person who does not know how to coordinate the delivery time. Cancel the delivery and the worst thing is that they are still charging me for the furniture that I do not have... Sincerely sorry but I don't recommend this place to my followers

    At first there was a problem with the delivery.But my husband called and the manager of the store told them to get us our furniture. And we could not be happier. My daughter loves her bedroom and the delivery guys were awesome. Robert was the name of one of them. I don't know the name of the other guy.

    The look on this kitty's face it how you will feel after trying to do business w this place. I was prepared to spend at least 15k.

    Nope. Snobby jerks. Lol move your Dallas. Jerks. I asked to apply for a credit card knowing my credit is in the High 600s.....Went to use the ladies room because I was traveling and hot and tired. Less than five minutes later they walked back and told me my application was declined. I am having a hard time believing that they even ran my credit I feel like they saw me sweaty and gross from traveling and yes I look a little disheveled. They treated me like they just didn't want to do business with me.I think I'm going to search the man's name on the Internet n see how house poor he is! Lol Move to Dallas. I left n sat in my car to write this review.... n they called the police on me bc of my Vape. Wow. I cannot wait to be back home in AUSTIN. This town is not my style... the people are shallow n just gross.... inside and out. Just not pretty at all...

    My husband and I ordered the Roosevelt Hot Tub February 2026, mid month. We received it on our back…read moreporch Tuesday April 28th 2026. Put all day 1 chemicals in it, day two Wednesday put second day chemical and by early evening we were sitting relaxing in the tub. It wouldn't keep the heat, never got hotter than 95, the Max is 104° We understand it takes time initially to heat the tub to max. Thursday we didn't get in, nor Friday, however, I did go out to test water temp and it was cold. It never heated. I tried to start the heat again, and the control panel would NOT work. Nothing came on, no lights, nothing. My husband texted our salesperson and I called the store. Apparently, our sales guy was busy with another customer. We got a call shortly after from the tech guy I guess. He asked if we reset, explained my husband had already done that AND checked the brackers AND tested the outlet with hair dryer. Still, nothing. correction hair dryer came on NOT tub. Then a woman called to set up a repair appointment, Monday is the soonest she said, ok find. Hung up, she called again. Apologized. And said Tuesday actually because she only had one repair guy. I'm FURIOUS at this point. Almost $6000.00 hot tub and nearing three month wait and NOW this. It's bullshit and we won't be back to this store to do anymore shopping. VERY VERY Disappointing! Oh ps.... upon delivery they forgot our steps and said they were on back order but I went to store second day, and our sales guy told us they had excess supply and didn't understand why they didn't bring it. Well. Because they forgot and then told us some BS to take it off of them smh. Horrible experience!

This store had many to pick from, they are on the high end but in life you get what you pay for. We finally narrowed it down to 2-3 stores. My family did a wet test and sad to say we kicked out so much water i was very embarrassed, we laughed and stored laughed but still felt bad. We finally purchased from this store. We did have 1 hiccup on delivery but after i called the Family Leisure store, made it right and sent the Manager out to help install. I am part of a company with 900 people and Customer service is key, they have it here and backed it up with actions. the word Action means more than words, what about you, ask for Scott.....i love our hot tub and i do not regret the decision to purchase from Family Leisure

    I ordered furniture back on Dec 23,2025 for my new home. During purchase i mentioned some non negotiables like getting my mattress quick as it a new home, i have a toddler and pregnant wife and i specifically stated if you cant do it let me know i will order straight from manufacturer on internet. Since then not only did a spend a long time sleeping on floor, i recieved the wrong mattress, more tahn 4 visits where furniture could not be assembled due to missing parts or wrong parts delivered. and incomplete deliverys. On one they brought me 2 dinning room chairs but no table or other chairs. like what was i supposed to do , eat on an invisible table, and watch my plates levatate. Fast forward to now, Feb 10 i'm being told the remaining items cant be delivered because they have been discontinued. not sure how that is my fault or my problem, i was sold furniture that both my wife and i selected aligned with a vision for our new home. And the audacity, Ashleys wants to make it right by offering replacements at full cost for furniture i'm not remotely interested in. We have a vision for our home. I know Ashleys wants money and doesnt remotely care about our interest or vision but this is our home, not theirs and my next step is to demand a full refund. by the way for those planning to buy just look at other reviews mine isnt unique. and also note that Ashleys as a whole has changed their customer service to be over text so no one really has to deal with you. and they will give you the run around if responsibility belonging to diffrent departments and hand being tied. Store reps do that too. it quickly becomes a "not my responsibility, not my problem" scenario and since you have no one you can call they just hope you drop it and are so frustrated you accept whatever they want you to accept. if you escalate it become a someone will email you after some time scenario, and of course that email never comes or leads to more frustration and no resolution. If your still planning to buy from Ashleys i would caution you to think about this modern customer service experience that feels harder than canceling a subscription.

    I bought a Big Green Egg from Jeff's Backyard with a lifetime warranty. They delivered and setup…read morethe BGE in my backyard. One day I went out to use it and the lid would only open half way. It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service. This experience was very disappointing.

Maybe it's because we are not from around here, but we have always had our tanks weighed and paid for what they put in. Maybe that's just how it's done here? I wouldn't call it cheap or excessive. It cost us $27 to fill a 30 gallon tank.
