    ULTA HAS ARRIVED!! Come check out this place after the renovations and expect to stay a minimum of at least an hour. My fiancé was rushing me but the Ulta area seems like a dream! I'll have to come back without him.

    Rude staff! This lady decided to cut in front of me to take her break and buy food, then the cashier was equally rude. Stuff seems well stocked but the clothing department is a MESS.

    This here Is way better than a Walmart, a little more pricey but lots of better choices. Sure Walmart sells fresh foods but the customer service here is amazing. There's always someone here when you need them. Cashiers greet you with a smile and keep a friendly conversation. You can easily get lost with all the amazing items they have to offer. If you're looking for holiday shopping this is a great spot!

    My favorite store of all time. This location is always neat and organized. I decided to try "DRIVE UP" and here's my experience: loved the convenience of ordering in the target app. Was bummed that I ordered items and then they weren't in stock. However I was promptly notified and given alternate options to purchase those items. I was in/out with drive up in less than 2 minutes. It was wonderful. Love the bags! They are so sturdy! Will definitely be doing this again in the future!!!!

    This is not directed to any particular store but to CEO BRIAN CORNELL. It has taken me YEARS to repair my credit. By paying on time and above the min. amount my score of nearly 800 has lowered due to YOUR COMPANY . Sir!! My account was closed due to inactivity, NO LETTER,EMAIL,OR TEXT to advise me .I got an email AFTER it was closed!!! Thanks for not valuing me as a loyal customer. Just because I didn't always use the RED CARD, doesn't mean I didn't buy GIFT CARDS or paid cash!! NO MORE. I'M checking my list and checking it twice, you're not NICE. According to Transunion this stays on my Credit Report for 7 yr!!!! And it does lower my score. Christmas is coming up soon so guess who's going to get my business as I have 6 grandchildren to shop for??? Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon,etc. Bye,Bye Target!!!!!!!!

    The store is new and clean. The service is as lackadaisical as before. Too bad. The Starbucks inside is better.

    Always great service. The sales people are nice just at times hard to find. When I am able to find a sales person they're very helpful.

    This store is in serious need of self checkout. It's a chaotic mess in there! Ridiculously long lines and no options for smaller purchases.

The price and quality of living room, bedroom, dining room and study furniture made our decision easy. In addition the salesmen were attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful, without being hovering and invasive. We accomplished everything. Traffic around and in the Forum is not for the weak hearted, but the store is just north on I 35 so access is easy. We can't wait to see our new things in our new place and we will definitely return when we decide which accent pieces we need. We have returned several times. Unfortunately our first bedroom and dining room selections were too big for our new small place. We realized that when we took our own measurements of our place without relying on blueprint measurements. Each time we returned, we received the same excellent service. We worked with several different salesmen and each of them was attentive and patient without being invasive. Shopping at Furniture Row is a pleasure!

Unfortunately, we found a couch at a different place only because of availability. Even with everything Stacey did for us, she continued on with the upmost professionalism and kindness congratulating us on finding another couch that suited us. I'll always keep her in mind as we continue to furnish our home and you should as well.

We were told it would be 1-3 weeks for delivery because it was coming from California. And that he would keep us updated. I wasn't happy about the time line but had been looking for a good day bed for awhile to use for my family when they came to visit. Which I did delay since I didn't have the bed for them to spend the night on. On June 5th we called on the status of our bed. Because we hadn't been called in 2 weeks. He told us it would be another 4 weeks. And he would keep us updated with calls and texts. It's June 27th now. Which he still has 6 days to deliver. But we haven't been updated at all since June 5th And he said he would keep us updated so we could make sure someone was home for delivery. I would not have agreed to this purchase if I had known it would turn into a 6 week wait. We plan on calling again Monday June 28th. I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of updates that he promised us. If it's another couple weeks wait when we call, I do plan on canceling the order and purchase a different day bed as I have family coming over July 3rd and need a bed for them. I will update my review based off how the owner handles our call/refund.

Because we trusted that the correct product had been delivered, we had no reason to suspect an issue until we began experiencing problems with the fit. The incorrect mattress size has left a dangerous gap between the mattress and bed frame, creating a serious safety concern for our family. We have young children who often sleep in our bed, and there is a risk of a child becoming trapped between the mattress and frame. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer service. A mistake made during delivery has now become our problem, despite the fact that we paid for a different product. Customers should be able to trust that the items they receive match what they purchased. I am sharing this review so other customers will double-check their deliveries and measurements immediately. Had we known sooner, we would have addressed the issue right away. This experience has left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and concerned for our family's safety.

Fought with them for a year after buying this couch and still nothing. Pieces of what I assume is stitching comes out from under the main material after only sitting on it a few times. On December 8th I purchased a three piece bedroom set, on the 11th the furniture was delivered. When I inspected the furniture I noticed clusters of nail size holes throughout the wood. (Head/Foot board, the dresser, the mirror, and the nightstand) I called Mega and explained the situation, sent them pictures, and now I'm getting the run around from them, the manager won't call me back, no resolutions yet, except for telling me the holes are part of the aesthetic of the furniture. Really!?! I asked them if this is the case, can they at least give me some kind of discount off the amount I paid, it would only be right, and satisfy a long time customer. As of right now, they keep telling me the approval needs to be made by the general manager, but I can't get the manager to call me back. So I'm writing this because of frustration and disappointment from a company that has furnished my home on a number of occasions, and now has turned their backs on me.
