We lived in our apartment for over 5 years, so I did not have the time or energy to deep clean it while also juggling a full-time job, packing, and moving out. From start to finish, the team was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They are very quick to respond and to send updates. They also have coupons occasionally! Overall, I feel like their customer service was top notch. For the actually cleaning, it was more than I could have imagined! Our apartment wasn't in horrible shape, but Susana was able to get rid of stains and gunk that I've tried to get rid of all 5 years! She got into corners and spaces I would not have been able to do on my own. AND, she was a one-woman team! Our property manager was shocked and said that he had never seen an apartment so clean at the move-out inspection. Lastly, I would like to share that we got our ENTIRE deposit back! No need for a separate cleaning fee. I could not recommend Bright N Fresh OC more. They have really changed my perspective on hiring a cleaning service rather than doing it yourself. If you have the means, it is definitely worth the price!!

After they left, there was still visible buildup, dirt, and areas that had clearly been missed. I took photos immediately after the cleaning because I couldn't believe how much still needed to be done. When I reached out to express my concerns, I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted the quality of work I paid for to be acknowledged. Instead, I was told I never requested a deep cleaning. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have cleaned my bathrooms claiming false information. That I haven't . Took them 2 hours to do 2 showers. I should have stayed and watched what was being done with the time. Respinse to company to their reply: Thank you for your response, but I do need to correct a few inaccurate statements. I never said my home had gone five years without being cleaned. I said it had not been professionally cleaned in that time, which is very different. My bathrooms and kitchen have been cleaned regularly by me. Suggesting my home went five years without being cleaned is simply not true. I also specifically requested a deep cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms before booking the appointment. If two cleaners could not complete that work in the scheduled time, that should have been communicated before or during the appointment--not after the service was finished and paid for. My disappointment is not that my home wasn't made perfect in two hours. It's that there were still obvious areas with visible buildup and grime left behind, as shown in the photos I uploaded immediately after the service. Those photos were taken after the cleaners left and accurately reflect the quality of the work I received. Rather than acknowledging the areas that were missed or offering a reasonable resolution, your response places the blame on my home while including statements that are not accurate. I believe future customers deserve to know both my experience and the company's response so they can make an informed decision. This response addresses the specific claim about "five years," reinforces that you requested a deep cleaning, and stays professional while highlighting the lack of accountability.

My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is actually trying to get their house cleaned. It was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable cleaning service. I paid for 2.5hrs

I often heard/felt the vacuum upstairs ramming into the baseboards, etc. Several things were broken (a porcelain figurine, an electronic bathroom trashcan) and a knick was put in our lvp after stools were moved carelessly, causing a corner to catch the lvp. We wrote this off though as accidents. Things happen after all. But we had wished they had brought these accidents to our attention rather than us finding them on our own. I once came back into my office after they cleaned to find my computer monitor not working (after it had been working just an hour before) and they came out to look and we agreed to split the cost of a new one since neither of us knew what happened. I super appreciated that. The last cleaning we had with them, I came home and immediately noticed that some of the black varnish on my kitchen faucet was peeled off. I texted to ask what had happened, and I got a long text back from Rafael saying that he thinks I knew it was peeling and that I did it and was trying to blame them. (Certainly not - and I wasn't even asking them to pay for a replacement - just asking what happened). He went on to say that he didn't feel I trusted them anymore and they didn't trust me and they didn't want to work for me anymore. Look - I get it. Accidents happen and I don't expect my cleaning company to pay for mistakes (I never asked them to pay for any damages. They OFFERED to pay for half of the computer monitor since they had just seen me using it before they went in to clean my office.) But I do want them to be careful with my things, gentle, and to alert me when something happened. This just wasn't the case after several years of working with them. In the end, I think they were right, it was time to move on.

I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. The worst service experience of my life! DO NOT use Mega Maids. They have horrible customer service and a very rude staff. One of their employees "Holly" spoke in such a rude manner that I was appalled. It all started when the nice lady Linda told me over the phone that their service costs $68 per hour. All she said was that 2 people do the cleaning. I asked why don't more people clean like other cleaning services and she said more people would be a crowd. So I agreed. Then, 3 people show up to my apartment and one of them asks if it's alright that there are 3 of them and I said sure why not. They only clean for 1 hour total and when I came to write the check, one of them said that it's no longer $68 because 3 people worked and that it's now $102. I called the Mega-Maids office only to be spoken to in the rudest way possible by the people in the office. "Holly" even hung up on us! They basically claimed that the 2 people they were going to send over got sick so it made perfect sense to them to send over 3 and not even call us ahead of time and tell us that the rate is no longer $68 because they are now sending 3. I asked Melanie the supposed "manager" why they didn't act in a professional manner and call us ahead of time to tell us this and she said "if we had told you, you wouldn't have used our service!" In a nutshell, they are awful people and you should go elsewhere. The cleaning staff was kind and polite, but the bulk of the money is definitely not going to them. I have used Mega Maids for the last year for a private residence in Newport Beach that is used occasionally as a "family retreat". After being happy with the work they done for my employer, I hired them a couple of times for my private residence in HB and they have done a fabulous job. This last week, I hosted two High School graduation parties at my home and needed someone to help be out the day of one of the parties to "freshen up" bathrooms the day of the party, and help with kitchen/cooking/serving. Karen arrived 15 minutes early and immediately started working and I didn't have to tell her what to do, she saw things that needed to be done and she did them. After the minor house cleaning tasks were completely, she joined me in the kitchen and we cooked together and had everything ready for when our guests arrived. Like I said, I didn't need to tell her what to do - she took care of my guests and assisted in serving, preparing, and cleaning. I will NEVER again have a party at my home without having someone like Karen helping me out. By the time all the guests left, my kitchen was clean, every dish had been washed and all I needed to do was sit back and relax. And even better, during the party, I actually sat down and visited with everyone because I knew Karen was in the kitchen making sure that all the food was presented in the way that I would have done it. MEGA MAIDS provide EXTREME CLEAN!! I am disabled, for close to 10 yrs. now, so my place needed some serious attention. Maria and Lucia did not disappoint!! In fact, they surpassed expectations!! They literally started with the ceiling and thoroughly cleaned every surface in my apartment. Walls, floor boards, ceiling fan, EVERYTHING! It ended up costing $150 by the time they finished, hard for me with my income, but I have to say these two ladies earned every penny! They worked quickly and didn't miss a thing!! Maria and Lucia moved every item and cleaned under everything with buckets, soap and hand cloths. it will make it easier to keep clean. They told me it would be cheaper next time due to the thorough cleaning this time around. I have had numerous cleaning services since my disability, none as fast, thorough and friendly. They came yesterday, and I am still finding little surprises everywhere I look. Charming, little flourishes with towels and paper products, fans and roses out of tissue and paper towels. Ofelia and Liz were fabulous. I highly recommend them. They were on time, professional, friendly, hard-working, and incredibly efficient! I hired MegaMaids to do a deep clean of my elderly parents' home. The house felt dingy and cavelike, and smelled stale. When Ofelia and Liz were finished, it was like getting a new home again. The light fixtures were cleaned, the bathrooms were sparkling (which I didn't think was possible!). They washed all the floors, cleaned every mirror, dusted every surface (including a floor-to-ceiling wall of bookshelves), removed all the cobwebs, cleaned the kitchen (including the oven, microwave oven, sink, cooktop, and inside the refrigerator), wiped down every item on their open kitchen shelving (no minor task!), cleaned a wooden folding table that my great-grandfather made, and cleaned the vertical blinds. They had stepstools to make sure they could reach everything and see everywhere. They did more in the four hours they were here than I'd been able to do in a week! Mega Maids has been servicing our home for years, and we trust them to get the job done fast, timely and the pricing is competitive, especially when you consider that they bring their own cleaning products. I haven't written a review prior, for no other reason than I'm guilty of taking their company for granted. When the pandemic hit, I know now more than ever, small business need our help in sharing our positive experiences. Today I just had a service with Mega Maids that lasted no more than 2 hours for our whole home (3 bed, 2.5 bath) to be cleaned from top to bottom, windows included. The detail, the professionalism and their friendly faces drive me to type the extra mile. Shout out to Beatrice, Marisela and Miguel for above and beyond service!!! I just got off the phone with MELANIE who was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My father in law had a stroke this morning, my husband and I were on our way to Long Beach Memorial and remembered we had an appointment at 8am for cleaning service. We regretfully called explaining the situation and that no one would be there to let the housekeepers in while IN THE CAR EN ROUTE to the hospital, and all Melanie cared about was not paying her team who supposedly were on their way to my father in law's house. She didn't care about our situation and asked if one of us could stop by his house on the way to the ER and leave a key so the housekeepers could get in!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!! i have never written a review but i feel like mega maids saved the day for me this weekend and i really want to make sure everyone knows what a great company it is. i had a major disaster in my bathroom. My toilet and bathtub backed up and it even went into my bedroom but that wasnt the worst part. the plumbers came and tracked dirt in my entire house i didnt know if it was sewage or from outside or some other disgusting stuff. i have two kids under the age of five and they play on the floor, Mega Maids came to my rescue and my house has never been so clean. i didnt care about the price but i have to say that it was reasonable and below any other professional service in orange county so i was even happier. Anyone reading this, MEGA MAIDS IS GREAT! Honestly, they sent out a couple gals to come clean my two story house just before I left on vacation. It was a big task that they got done in just the right amount of time for such a big job. They also were really friendly and just downright some of the nicest people I've met. Especially Crystal, whom I had a chance to talk to on the phone. She was downright kind, as nice as the maids they had sent out. I think anyone who calls should ask to speak to Crystal! I had Mega Maids clean my house in Long Beach. From my first call to the maids I was able to speak to speak English to everyone. I also didn't have to hit 1 for English 2 for Spanish. This started out as a plus for me. I had one girl and one guy and they did an excellent job. I had been having trouble cleaning my oven and when they were done it was like new. I was very impressed. I recommended them to my daughter with all wood floors in her house and she could not believe how great her floors turned out. She said they didn't look that good when she moved in. I had Mega Maids for a one-time summer cleaning and the ladies were fantastic. The owner even came over to inspect work which showed an extra attention to detail. I had used a couple of other cleaning services about every 4 months for deep cleaning, but was always disappointed with something, even had missing items. However, I think Mega Maids are the most thorough cleaning service I have ever had and would definitely use them anytime again. I wish I could afford a monthly service. They are not the cheapest service but what they do and how hard they work more than makes up for the cost. You get what you pay for and Mega Maids definitely does high quality work. read more

I have used Mega Maids 6 or 7 times now and I have never experienced anything negative, either with the maids or the office staff when I call. They are accomodating to my schedule which can be a bit hectic with 3 sons! There has only been one time there was a tiny problem, which is that the maids forgot to clean my coffee table in my living room. My friends were coming over for a Memorial day cookout by the pool, and my house was in tragic shape! I needed a spot on cleaning service to get me out of this rut. Thankfully, Mega Maids was able to get me a same day cleaning on a holiday weekend! I was ecstatic! The two member crew cleaned everything from my floors to my ceiling fans. Just what my dirty old house needed! For such a reasonably priced and accomodating schedule, I definitely wasn't expecting such an immaculate house. In only 2 hours, my house was absolutely gleaming! I was having a party and got caught up at work I didnt have time to clean cook and set up for the party!! I called Mega Maids and they came to my rescue.They were able to get me some maids that same afternoon! I had my doubts seeming how they had availability on such short notice .... But they did an outstanding job. The two ladies team #19 came right away and got right to work.. I didn't know if they were going to finish before my guests arrived but they made it with time to spare.The house looked GREAT!! I've had the services of Mega Maids for a little over a year and have recommended them to neighbors and friends, all of whom have been highly satisfied with their work. They get spots that I wouldn't even begin to consider! They come on time, are respectful of my home and my personal space. Their English is good enough to communicate clearly. If there is a timing issue on their part, that is communicated from the office ahead of time. And when I've needed to change, they are very accommodating. I can't say enough about how awesome the Mega Maids team was that cleaned my home after my move. Lorena, Eugenia and Maria D. were a tour-de-force and went above and beyond in so many ways. What a good feeling to be able to walk away from my old home with it cleaner than when I arrived. I highly recommend Mega Maids, and especially these ladies. I have been using Mega Maids for about 4 years. They are outsttanding cleaning service. I am a last minute scheduler and that is no problem for this company. I use them for my deep cleaning and do a great job. I tell them what I need mainly and the timeframe and they get the job done and more. Out of the many years that I have been with them a couple of times I called about some misses. They came out the next day and fixed any issues that I called out. I just wanna say that Sandra and her helper were awesome. They started rocking and rolling the minute they arrived. I have ceramic floors throughout the house and was really concerned that would be a problem because of all the construction work I had going on, but boy they made them look brand spanking new. They were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be using Mega Maid in the future. Great job ladies great job. INCREDIBLE CLEANERS!!! I was visiting family in Huntington and needed to have the house we were renting cleaned. I called Mega Maids and was BEYOND impressed with their cleaning service!! The lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and explained the whole process to me....and accommodated my last minute schedule!! I was really in a bind and had 4 hours to get my house picked up before my company was to arrive!! I took a chance and called Mega Maids because they offer same day service. They accomodated me within the hour and did an AWESOME job!!!!! Their cleaners are efficient and quick. To make it even better, their prices were better than anyone else and for someone on a budget it makes a big difference. I will definitely call them back and tell all my friends to use MEGA MAIDS.
