does great at cleaning my black SUV but i'm hesitant to know if this could be the reason why my car gets scratches and dents here and there. ever since i started coming to this place, my car always has something scratched or dented. and i don't know if people are just as*holes and don't care for other people's property or it's the car wash messing it up. i don't check for damage when i get out the car wash. only if i vacuum... i've never had an issue but you can't see damage till your car is completely dry from the car wash. so that's something i'll need to do more investigating on. employees are friendly each time i visit, but why is the phone not answered during business hours? i get sent to voicemail & no answer... when all i want to know is if they're open. yes, it tells you online the hours of operation but i had went one day and they had cones in the driveway and closed for the day. so i called the next day to see if they were back up and running because i didn't want to take my time driving there and wasting gas just to show up for them to be closed. it's frustrating having phone calls not picked up by anyone. they need to do better on that. i even checked my receipt to see if there's any contact info & there's none! read more

So far I've like this place since they just opened a couple months ago. To me the price seems like it's worth it for 60 days. they had a promotion where you got it for $5 but after that it's gonna be $14 a month which to me isn't terrible. They have free vacuums, so if you need to vacuum your car out after your car wash, you won't have a problem. The staff here seems friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable on a different package deals. You can get for your car wash. I really don't know what to say, other than the price seemed right, my car is clean and the staff is nice. read more

Love this car wash go at least 4 times a week even when busy it goes fast free vaccum

Went to Clearwave this weekend for the first time and was really impressed! Because we are not members we went into a different line and we were personally taken care of by Brendan who explained the car wash, different plans, and greeted us warmly. It was a nice touch. I also like how quickly and efficiently everyone went through the wash. It was a very busy Saturday but we all got through nicely without any hangups. I felt the wash itself was good too. All the salt was removed and the powerful water even blew off some ice chunks. It was too cold to vacuum but I loved that we had the option included and that there are also air blowers at the stations which are perfect for cleaning nooks and crannies. As for the price, I feel it is comparable if not better than the competition. We had a membership at a spot on Gratiot that was not as good and did not include vacuums and they were charging the same as Clearwave. Clearwave clearly provides much more.
