Among walking in, I was greeted right away and I felt really welcome. There was no wait and I was seen ASAP. Diana was very sweet and very patient. She took some eye tests prior to seeing the doctor. I then went into a separate room and was greeted very nicely by Dr. Pham. She was super nice and pleasant and made sure that you understood everything she was telling you. The eye exam overall was not bad or scary like I thought it would be lol. Dr. Pham recommended specific things that I needed according to my eye exam and she never made me feel like I had to buy anything as well. I was informed the lenses were no longer available as the distributor had stopped purchasing my frames. They asked if I would accept lenses from another provider. I said yes but wondered why they waited four weeks to ask. Two weeks later I was told my sunglasses were ready. Not, the lenses were not the mirrored ones I had ordered. Three weeks later for a grand total of nine weeks since ordering my sunglasses they are ready to pick up. I will pick them up in a half hour. Hope they are correct.
