found this place on yelp for "same day glasses" because i had a pair that was basically held together with proverbial duct tape. location is a pretty nondescript little office park but the staff is professional and the facilities are very clean. they have a small selection of frames but they cover the bases, and they have some nice ray ban frames if you dig those. i arrived pretty much when it opened with a prescription in hand and they made the glasses in a few hours. super courteous and fast, professional service. would come here again, maybe with some armani frames i had bought a long time ago that i love but never used. out the door it was $500, which is reasonable for progressives and same-day service. i would come back. read more

Absolutely love this place. I randomly found it thru Yelp and so glad I did. Marco is very friendly and made my experience run so smoothly. I came in on a Friday as soon as they opened, brought in my own frames and got a pair of basic replacement lenses. They were ready within 30 mins. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately brought in another frame to put in transitions lenses, which were ready the next morning. This is the only place in the area that could give you same day (or next day) replacement lenses, just bring in your frames! They also have a small selection of nice frames to chose from. I am leaving in 7 days for a trip and something happened to one of my lenses. I went to lenscrafters and got a quick exam and went to order my replacement lenses and they told me 2 weeks! I was shocked, they used to advertise same day glasses - but that is no more! I quickly looked up lens replacements on my phone and happened to find Zoomers. I called and confirmed they had the lens material that I needed and they said "no problem". I drove there and had my glasses on my face in 45 minutes!!! AND they were 1/3 the copay price I was quoted for a 14 day delivery - and no need to even use my insurance, as Zoomers cash price was lower than my copay!! How do you review a place that got your lenses completely wrong and refuses to fix them? They seemed to be the perfect place, friendly, great price, professional, all the things that other reviewers said they were. Until I picked up my glasses and they had punched the holes in the wrong place, then said they couldn't see the problem and refused to try to fix them. So I ended up with glasses I couldn't see through, and now I have to find another place to get new lenses made and pay again! How would you review them? UPDATE: No, Marco, this is not a fake review! I dealt with you when I brought my glasses in for new lenses, two pair of Swissflex rimless, and you told me your guy there (I can't remember his name) had done many of this type. When they were done, and I came to pick them up, they were crooked on my face. So your guy there adjusted them a bit, and I thought they would be fine. It wasn't until I got home and played with them for a couple days that I realized that they were crooked because the holes on the right lens were punched in the wrong spot, tilting the lens to the side. So I brought them back and spoke to the guy I had dealt with whose name I can't remember, and he told me that he could not remake them because the frames were supposedly too fragile! Those were his words! My frames are made out of HTP (High Tech Polymer), which is an exceptionally strong plastic material used by NASA. He told me to go buy another pair of frames somewhere and bring them back to him and he would put lenses in those! Like I would trust him now! I got some sunglasses at sunglass hut and a screw fell out, causing the arm to fall off while I was hiking. When I took them to sunglass hut, they didn't have the right screw so the arm fell back off within one hour of them "fixing" it. I really wanted to love this place, but the level of service was just bad because of the owner's over- commitment to return my glasses (the last 2 of 8 frames) and unapologetic attitude of ignoring that fact. If I were the only customer with this problem- it's an isolated issue. But when I picked up the last of my order, I was in line behind 4 people complaining of the outcome of their order (issues of the lense as prescribed)- To which he passed me my glass frames without a word, and I got out of line and left. To add insult to injury, my brand new- fully working Meta glasses (less than 2 hours old) were returned to me inoperable. When I called to tell the owner, he said "yes, I noticed that." To which I asked, why didn't you tell me when I picked them up, and he was completely silent." Integrity is everything in business. Finding excuses, failing to communicate and blame shifting because of it is not a customer problem. As a result, my dealings with him will never allow me to give him my business again. read more

Marco truly delivers lenses the day you present your prescription and frame. He has his own lab on the premises. Many promise same day lenses, few deliver. Optical centres and optometrists send their lab work out, and most take a minimum of two weeks for delivery. Marco's lenses were accurate and the price was very much in line with what I have paid elsewhere. All credit cards are accepted.
