It's a classic but the flavor here was next level. Easily one of the best I've had and definitely a top spot for me. For mains, we got the malai boti grill and chicken karahi. My husband would rate both a solid 9.5/10. I'm a Houstonian though, so my bar for grilled meat is pretty high and I'd say more like 8.5/10. Still really good overall. The first time, I just walked in by accident just to see what this place was. After having a conversation with their main chef, he tempted me to try their Haleem as a taste test and the rest is history. From there on, whenever I am in Jackson heights, I pick up food from here. The cuisine and style is mostly from Karachi, the spice level is a bit on the higher side, but if you really want to exercise your taste buds, this is the place to go. Downside: Parking is tough in that neighborhood as it is so crowded. You may have to circle around to find parking at a bit distant.
