After repeating myself over & over again, he seemed to be unaware or didn't care that I was upset. After my frustration, I told him I was done and proceeded out the door. He didn't try to apologize nor stop me from being so upset/leaving to resolve the problem. My family and I will not go back as long as he's the Doctor!

The manager helped us (I forgot her name) and she was helpful, and nice, as were the employees we dealt with that day. All three pairs were made in 30 minutes. (it's quick turnaround if they have the lenses in stock). We got texts letting us know and when we got the third text we headed back to pick them up. They noticed some sort of issue with one pair in the meantime and were already remaking them when we arrived so we waited a few more minutes but we are happy they caught the issue before we left. I will go there when I need new glasses.
