The ladies in the front are always helpful with selecting glasses that best fit you, even if you're as picky as I am. Dr. Newcomb is very nice and definitely knows his stuff. The wait for your appointment isn't very long. My mom has gone to this eye doctor since she was 18 and has never had any problems in the many years she has gone to him. Still there have been no problems with the staff, wait, or time to get glasses.

The appointment was on time and took about 30-45 minutes as I expected. I was told it was for warranty but the manufacturer will cover any warranty with a receipt the store. They refused the purchase and I left.
