They were the ONLY place I could find that would fit lenses on a special frame I already had. I had Airsoft/ski goggles with special frame inserts. They were happy to take care of my needs and exceeded my expectations. I have since had them do custom work like this again and have always been extremely happy with not only the results but the experience. Today I had a lens fall out on my sunglasses. I did not buy them here. My warranty has run out at the local chain store I got them from a few years back. They told me that they would have given me the same prescription. The problem apparently is with the lab. The front office personnel tried several times to adjust the frames to no avail. I finally quit wearing the new ones and went back to my old ones. My old ones were pretty much equal for distance which begs the question: did I really need new glasses at all? Also, if I can see my computer and read clearly with my old glasses, why can't their lab make comparable lenses? Basically, I wasted $1000.
