Tom made several phone calls to Meijer to get my prescription turned over and then let me know when it was ready... All within a couple of hours. I also had to call him a couple more times with various questions, and he was patient and friendly on the phone every time! I am looking forward to continued excellent hometown customer service. Items like Kleenex and other household products are a little more expensive here so it's more about convenience than being the lowest cost.
