They hire the cheapest, most incompetent labor that they can while charging customers way over market. Your satisfaction means absolutely nothing to them. They did "repairs" on my car that weren't needed and I got my car back in worse condition and they don't care to make it right. Trust me, go to a real mechanic who will appreciate your business and treat you like a human instead of a number. All of these "corporate" mechanics are the same. Their customer service is a joke. Gave these "professionals" 900 to fix my truck and nothing has changed. Was also told when I picked up the truck that they looked at the breaks and nothing is wrong so they think it's a electrical issue (false). My breaks were metal to metal on one side, So much for break experts. This place is nothing but a scam. Find a local mechanic if you need one. read more

Took my 2010 Prius in because there was some plastic shielding on the bottom of the car dragging on the ground. I already had an appointment set up with a body shop in Denver so didn't need a permanent fix. They put a temporary fix in place within 15 minutes and refused to charge me for the work. Super nice guys who were helpful and polite. My father-in-law had a similar experience with them. Highly recommended as an honest business that only charges for needed work and understands the value of customer relations. read more

Rude Manager at this location. I went to Meineke a couple months back and got an oil change. The manager offered to look at my front end free of charge as a way to service the customer. I accepted because I had noticed a noise. They gave me a print out of the cost to fix my front end, they wanted $1,000 to replace rack and pinions and replace F stabilizers. They were gonna put in cheap parts that were over priced. I declined this offer because I was able to buy Moog parts for cheaper than what they offered for the cheap parts they wanted me to buy. I did the work myself and went back and spent $100 at this Meineke location for an alignment. I recently went back to get an Oil Change and the manager labeled me as a cheap customer and was on the verge of refusing my service because i would rather pay a lower price for better quality parts on my car. When it comes to safety versus profit, this manager only cares about profit. I will no longer use this shop because of the way this Manager made me feel. I spent money at this location and it wasn't good enough for this manager. Looking at my front end is called servicing the customer and this manager did not meet my expectations. read more

First off, Mike(the store manager/ owner?) is a very nice guy, but we took my wife's vehicle to be worked on, as her suspension was shot. Now, I have personally replaced all of my own suspension, in the past, when I had the tools...and so, I was ecstatic of the initial estimate of $500-$600, when inquiring about it a couple months prior. Buying shocks and struts for all four wheels typically costs about $350-$400.00, alone, assuming basic quality emulsion systems(basic suspension where, the oil and air are mixed together, as opposed to held in separate chambers). It's a fairly quick job for the individual, even considering most people don't have impact hammers to break loose rusty bolts, which would otherwise require a torch/ map gas and a breaker bar, and some strength and patience. Once we actually took her car in, the situation was repaired, but we were then charged 1100.00...and not $500-600. The only thing that changed in that time was Mike found out we had a broken spring...and the funny thing? We still hear suspension clunk in the front passenger side. Later, as if we hadn't already learned an $1100.00 lesson, we took the vehicle in for a strange, what seemed, exhaust leak ticking and rough idling...maybe on account of a clogged catalytic converter. We were told the coils and wires needed replaced and the spark plug in one of the cylinders was burning white...this could be, due, to antifreeze getting into that cylinder, or it is simply running lean for other reasons...I had personally replaced the spark plug wires in 2008, and that they couldn't possibly already be bad, with not even 15,000 miles put on the car, since(we never take her car on long trips, we always take mine). They also checked the mass air flow sensor and then after, bound it with zip ties, after breaking the socket for it...I did not put those zip ties there, and I know the wife sure as hell didn't. For this, they charged us 700.00 and the issue was still very much there...the car hesitates, the cylinder now clearly knocks louder than ever and the car still idles roughly. in fact, I now know that it is "engine knock" and not the pre-conceived exhaust leak tick...on account that it is so much louder and pronounced than it was before. Initially, the tick would go away when the car reached operating temp...now it stays and is loud 100% of the time. I had been so discussed, I don't even want to consider taking it back for re-analysis, and just want to tackle it myself, as I should have been doing these past few years, but instead, got lazy. Recap: .*We were charged $1100.00 for four wheel suspension replacement, after initial quote of $500-600, a couple months prior, and which fall in line with the cost of the typical Monroe style suspension they used. I replaced the entire suspension setup of my Cavalier, for instance, for not but 450.00! All four wheels, pre-sprung suspension...and that was using some midrange, lowered, Tokiko performance suspension...so, 600.00 made sense to me...on account lower quality suspension was used and adding another 200.00-400.00(or so) for labor....heck, I'd have been fine with 700.00, if it meant I didn't have to do it myself. *We were charged 700.00 to replace coils, plugs and four spark plug wires, which did not even remotely fix the hesitation and engine knock of the vehicle...and to add to that, the spark plug wires don't even look new and black soot even comes off of them, same as would any other car such part/s that would have been in for a couple years, but maybe that's just due to some freak soot-build up issue? Or dirty mechanic's hands? Something didn't seem right there, but I won't accuse. *They zip-tied the Mass Air Flow sensor back on, because they didn't want to pay for the one they broke when they probably attempted prying it off. read more
