Where do I start? Oil change appointment for 11am. I call at 2:15pm and they finally say it's ready. I get home and notice a puddle of OIL on my floor mats and oil where my door is. Let alone being charged $89 for an oil change. Make sure you specify what oil you want or you'll get ripped off. If you decide to go, which I wouldn't recommend, good luck and make sure you have a whole day free for a simple oil change. I read the reviews, and gave them a chance anyway and now I have to go to get my car washed tomorrow inside and out because of this. read more

Had my truck serviced here and their staff are always friendly and responsive. Decided to include my wife jeep here and then my son's car: never had any issues or problems. Once in while we would see that a part here or there that doesnt really need replacing but they would suggest/recommend. They may be a little over protecting us to ensure our vehicles are in real great condition. Then again thats how these garages can keep in business. Again, all garages operates like this, but this garage doesnt overcharge, not always but do provide courtesey, friendly service, and would prompt to check and to fix at a last minute request. They are always busy, overbooked all the time and they seem to make time for us, which is impressive to say here. I do recommend anyone who just moving in aston or media, to use this garage service for your oil change, lube, tires, mufflers, and misc. read more

When I made my appointment on line I was given the option to wait, but I arrived to a dingy waiting area with a large white string blocking it off. This was my third time there and my other experiences were not good either but I had to say something because this was the worst. I asked the guy at the front desk how long an oil change (mind you I had a 2pm appointment) would take and he said until 4pm or they would call me. I asked where I was supposed to go since I couldn't wait and he told me the supermarket a 1/4 mile up the street was open. His attitude was blatantly rude and he didn't care for my business at all. I'm glad I had the sense to leave. I'll never go back to this location and will spread the word. read more

Once again, the great staff at Meineke came to my rescue. I had a check engine light that was concerning. They kindly checked on it with expediency and chose the least invasive/problematic option to fix it. They topped it for oil and didn't even charge me. No more check engine light!!! I always feel respected and appreciated here. They are my "go to' when my car acts up. I trust them, and I am grateful for all the times they have helped me with car difficulties. read more

I used to go here for years and I always thought I could trust them since they were always so friendly when I went. However, I recently went to get my inspection done and they told me that I had a bent tire rod and balding tires. First off, you can't bend a tire rod unless you have it towed so that initially started my suspicions since I've never had my car towed. Please keep in mind I know next to nothing about cars so I went and got a second opinion from another mechanic and learned that my tire rod wasn't bent and the tires weren't bad. I was able to get my car inspected by another place the next day and passed. I was a regular customer for years and I can only imagine how much money I lost for repairs I didn't need. Do not trust them and I hope they know exactly who this is... Thanks for ripping me off, you lost a regular. read more

Don't honor appointments, extremely rude staff, and they try to con people into repairs and services they don't need. Avoid at all costs.

This was my second time here for an oil change and I will not be returning. The 1st time was great. However, today after making an appointment they told me it'd be 45min to an hour to get in. I had my 5 yr old with me so that wasn't the best news since there was no sitting area available. When the car was "ready" I told them I had a coupon for the full synthetic oil change and was told that's not what they put in my car because that's not what it takes. Fortunately, full synthetic was used last time because if not I doubt they would have changed the oil the way the conversation was going. read more

I would not recommend this place for any problems with your car. It is overpriced, as the manager tried to sell me a tire for $250 that I found elsewhere for $100. The manager was also really disrespectful and when I went to leave he told me to "get the f*** out of here." He was simply bitter that I didn't want to purchase the tire from him for more than double then I can get it elsewhere. Terrible service and disrespectful workers. 0/10. read more

Wife brought her car in for an oil change and they told her bring it back tomorrow. She Brought it back the next day and they said they would call when it was done. She had to walk home since I was at work before they open. Nobody calls, next day she walks back to pick up the car because i had to be in work before they open. They tell her it"s still not done at 9:00am. I call up talk to the owner ask why it wasn't done guy on the phone (the owner I assume) says we were busy (with an real attitude). I said thats not my problem, my wife needs to get to work. And he says, oh not you problem, well its not my problem and hangs up. Since its your business it is your problem if your promising the work in a timely fashion. I dont think most people can do without their car for 2 days. As a side note my wife is Asian and honestly think this guy put her job last because of it. My brother in law had a similar experience. He was from eastern europe and had an accent. I would strongly recommend not using them for anything unless you are into crappy service. read more

It's a bit confusing why their website requires you to make an appointment if they're not going to honor the reservation. I booked a time slot in advance and then received their confirmation and reminder emails. But when I showed up about 2 minutes early, I was told "We'll get to it on an hour or so." I asked what the point of the advance reservation was, but I was only told that all the bays were full. So much for getting in and out on lunchtime. read more

Don't fall on the cheap price of PA inspection. They will hook you to $$$ repair and fail your Insp. $300+ for brake pad replace. I brought it to another shop and told me that brake pad still ok, and replace it anyway for only $100+. Please do not bring your car here for inspection. read more

I went here today to have them see if they could help me out with some exhaust work on my car, I did some work myself and i needed a professional to make it look right. They looked for free to try and help, the guy went to move my car into the bay to look and he was the angriest person ever. He said "give me your keys" apparently his mother didn't teach him manners, then complained Bc my car was manual so then he rode my clutch hard to move my car. I'm not sure how their other services are but al I know is that I'm not coming back just due to the employees attitudes. read more

Wish i could leave 0 stars. This place put my whole family in danger. Brought my car in for alignment, they sent me back 8 hours later because I needed to replace a bushing first, did that, meanwhile my wife and newborn child are driving this car and brought it back because of a terrible vibration, I check the car and 8 out of 10 lug nuts on my front wheels were completely loose. I returned, complained and demanded a free alignment. They denied loosening the lugs, in turn they refused to do my alignment because of bogus reason they made up and the mechanic (Bob) got heated and ran me out of the shop. Just to make sure, I had Mercedes of Cherry Hill check my car and they confirmed that there was no reason why I cant get an alignment. read more

I was referred by my car dealer as the repair was outside of their normal realm as parts not stocked and they do not do patching refabricating etc... I stopped first thing the next morning with recommendations from my dealer and was met by Craig the manager. I immediately was confident by Craig's explanation and comforted that the repair could be made at no only a third of the cost but all new parts and not just a band aid. Craig offered to have me leave the car right then and there if convenient for me. I was on my way to work but dropped car off later in the day for evaluation and service the following day. I was met by Craig and he introduced me to his head technician Harry. I barely made it home, literally 15 minutes and Harry had already taken my car in and I received a call from Craig with an estimate for repairs. My car was serviced in beyond timely manor and the estimate of services was exactly what I had approved. The professional services of this car center while understanding and showing empathy will bring me back and recommend to others. Great Job and major thank you to Craig and Harry!!!!! read more
