If you're reading this, then you want to know about this place. To be honest, if you don't mind getting charged for things that they don't do, then by all means, take your vehicle there. I took my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it as a vacuum leak, replaced some parts, and charged me $500+ for the work. I drove a mile when the check engine light came back on. I took my car back, thinking they would check it out and do what they could. They read the code and it reported "leaks" and then there was a very long description of how difficult it was to find leaks... and ended with how their machine (used to detect leaks) was stolen by an ex-employee. The worst part was that they did nothing to fix the issue they had charged me $500 for. Summary of my experience: They diagnosed my check engine light as a vacuum leak. They said they fixed it, charged me and when I took my car back because the issue wasn't fixed, they did nothing to own up to their work. I know I won't get my money back and I will now have to pay another mechanic to fix my car but hopefully this will help you make a better decision than me. read more

I dropped my car off on a Friday evening right before they closed. I got a call mid-morning Saturday with a quote for 2 separate issues I was having. I need new brakes, rotors, and AC condenser fan. Everything was fixed that day. Unfortunately when I got the car home, I noticed a screw in my tire. I brought it back in and the store patched it for me free of charge without issue. My elderly father took his truck in for oil change, and a few days later was out of oil. He returned to meineke and they told him it was a leak around the valve covers. They charged him $1700 to replace valve cover gaskets, and sent him away. Again, a few days later it was out of oil. I took the car to a real mechanic and he said there was no rubber gasket around the oil filter that was put on by meineke. Careless, overcharging, incompetent people at the olive branch location. They totally took advantage of my father because he's elderly. If I could give a zero, I would! read more

The service here is the pits. Having kids here working as managers treating customers like subhumans is unacceptable. I had a tire rotation done and my son in law noticed a couple of the lug nuts was missing from my truck when I got home. I called to let them know they left the lug nuts off and was yelled at instead of them looking for the lug nuts they left off. The kid with the glasses is the manager here and his attitude will drive a lot of us good customers away. This could have cost me my life had I gotten on the road heading back to Alabama with 5 missing lug nuts. This is not the place to take your vehicle to for service if you value your safety. All I wanted was my tires rotated and checked for safety before I hit the highway. read more

Dishonest, unethical people taking advantage of being the only repair shop due to covid. They said my car was ready and handed me the keys of stranger..so I had to ask him to wait. Once my car was finished I paid 402$ for a new air motor and they did not put free on In it AFTER draining It out in order to put the new motor in. Why would I want warm air in June? I called back and they laughed it off and said it would be 60$ to put free on it it AFTER THE 402$ I already spent, assuming they would "fix my air" were my exact words! All he said "odd, hmm well we're having a sale" he drained it out and I paid 400$ to o FIX IT. So I unhappily agreed to pay 60$ to fix what was already suppose to be fixed. So they called me back saying it would cost 700$ for something else!!! Question, why did they just notice it on the third inspection? I should have known better. My dad took his car there to get a different tire and they ordered the wrong tire and it was in the shop for 3 days. A bunch a scammers. I took my 2000 Toyota Tundra there because I needed an oil change and a new battery. I received the oil changed and purchase the battery to install myself. The technician brought my truck around and I check to make sure oil filter was changed and it wasn't..... I told Ernie(the manager) and he apologized and took it back to properly changed it. Ok mistakes happen no big deal. A few weeks later I was having some trouble with my truck again so I went back and my truck needed some welding only with new break pads and more . So one of the employees said he was the best welder and he could do the job. Total need you being 2300. Which I paid 1200 down and the rest was financed with first America. To shorten the story After three weeks the weld can apart and i was back to square one and now no one will give me my money back. Not even half!! I ended up having to bug a brand new truck because that one was unsafe to drive and I have a small child and that was my only form of transportation. Now I'm stuck in a contract where I have to pay for work on a truck I don't even have anymore and Ernie can't do anything about it.... Don't use these people. They are heartless. read more

I use to love this place, been going for years. If something wrong ever came up I would take my vehicle there, but this is no longer the case because the new manager has no clue about cars and is very rude. She gives suggestions that are rude and uncalled for and, for some reason when I go there someone always has to become the manager's bodyguard. My car arrived in bad conditions and left even worse. If you need oil change, rotating tires and a balance I suggest you go somewhere else. If anything else comes up with your car, be prepared to be robbed with the excuse "We can't fix it." I'll never go there again and suggest you don't as well. read more

I am terrible dissapointed on the service, it border on a scam and i feel a target of their jokes, never again i will put a foot on that place. Last year i went to change the break pads and they told me they can not change it cause they need to change the caliper first too i believed and then i paid 800 for that, i believed back in that moment but it hurts my pocket, two weeks ago i went for an inspection to check a leaking and they told me it was the steering wheel pump and the hose and they charged me $500, then two days ago it was leaking again and went for the warranty and they told me the pump was right but it was now the rack and pinion and i had to pay $700 plus labor, thats when i decided to have a second opinion, went to two different shops and they both agree it was nothing of that, it was the sensors and they charged me only $150 for their service AND WITH WARRANTY. It is absolutely ridiculous what they do with this brand, and the reason i went there is just because is 3 min from home. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Thank you for your help and honesty. We had a fuel line leak, traveling through. The manager at the desk searched a 350mile radius and found us a hose in Huntsville, AL. Due to our schedule , he gave us the address and phone number in Huntsville. We drove for 3 hours to get the fuel line and had it repaired there. The service was professional and fast (which was great as I had my toddler with me) and the staff was extremely friendly. The services were completed for a fair price. I went in just for an oil change, then they came back told me something was wrong with my AC, along with 6 other things. Before I went in, the AC was working perfectly. I called the manager and told him my problem, I needed a cv axle and could I get it done the next day because I was on a road trip and had to drive 45 miles to this shop. He said absolutely no problem. I show up the next day and I find out after waiting 2 hours they don't have a $12 tool and I would have to return the next day. They made me sign for 2 !/2 hours at $85 an hour of service. The following day they fixed the cv axle and replaced a wheel bearing and was done in 45 min. I asked to get some of the labor back and they denied me. Within 40 miles the symptoms came back because the other cv axle. They will never see me there again and if I were you I would find another service center! read more
