I had such a great experience with Michelle! I reached out on Yelp last minute on a Thursday, and she responded almost instantly, which I really appreciated. From the moment I got there, she was super honest about what my hair actually needed. I originally thought I should get a toner or gloss, but she told me it wasn't necessary and that all I needed was a haircut. I respected that so much because she wasn't trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The haircut itself was AMAZING. I met my stylist, Michelle, whom I think has magic in her hands. She was able to achieve my goal of getting a layered haircut with face framing bangs. I give her a 10/10 for that haircut. This is my favorite salon ever!! Michelle is the best stylist. I've been here 3 times and already can't wait to go back and see her again. She is very talented and her customer service skills are unmatched. She is super friendly and welcoming. She washes my hair then does the cut then dry and style. She dedicates her time to me and I appreciate it. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she always delivers.
