Wow. I never fully trust it when a company has 100% five stars, but now I see exactly how this company has pulled it off: by doing absolutely above and beyond quality of work. Mayte was able to come with 1 day's notice, provide a simple quote upfront, beat out other companies for cost, and clean better than any cleaning company I've hired to date. It was the first cleaning we've had in a while too so I was worried she'd have to do a pretty minimal job and skip a lot of details just to ensure she didn't have to clean literally all day long...Nope! On top of all the regular stuff, this speedy powerhouse of a superwoman cleaned our walls, our baseboards, our blinds, scrubbed the stubborn, nasty soap scum and calcium buildup in our shower, and just left our house looking and smelling like a pristine wonderland. Cleaning service did not meet my expectations. I paid for a deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, but unfortunately, several areas were overlooked. To her credit, Mayte was kind enough to return and address the spots missed in the kitchen cabinets. However, after taking another look, I noticed that the bathroom cabinets had also not been cleaned. A deep cleaning should be thorough and include all agreed-upon areas. While I appreciate Mayte's willingness to come back, the overall service did not reflect what I expected from a professional deep clean. Two ladies arrived on time as scheduled, and for an hour and a half, they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. They took care of all the windows, mirrors, cabinets, mini blinds, ceiling fan...everything. My mother and I were both impressed at their professionalism and thoroughness. I knew I had socks under my dresser that I never picked up and she took each sock out and put them in my laundry hamper. Every surface was touched and cleaned. My over was one of my main concerns.
