Mejj Tires have great customer service. The drop off was quick but the pick up took a long time. They have two sides. A smaller side which is for used tires and more towards the right side is a bigger off-white building that has new tires. I had a tow drop my car off and they quickly looked at my issue and gave me a quote. I needed a brand new tire and my wheel was damaged. They would've had everything done the next day but I wouldn't have been able to pick it up for a few more days. On the day of pick up, I requested to add on a wheel patch as my other tire kept leaking air. They charged an additional $15. My wheel repair was 95 and wheel new tire was 125-140. My total was $245 which isn't bad. I did have to wait a a long time for them to get to my car and do everything. They have a large seating area inside and outside. I feel like the service and repair was good and pricing was fair. I'd definitely come back here despite it being kinda far. read more

On a Thursday I went to the shop and I asked if there were any issues/patches/plugs in the used tires and was told no. Paid for 4 tires, balance, and alignment, waited 2 hours. On Friday I noticed the tire sensor light came on. On Saturday I noticed my alignment was 100% off, pulling to the right BAD. On Sunday I walk out to a completely flat tire. I went this morning and bought four tires. I was out of the business within twenty five minutes. That includes balancing. I bought new/used tires with 95% life still on the tires. The customer service was extremely great and I was informed that I was being provided with a 6 month warranty. I definitely recommend this business over commercialized tire shops. read more

These guys fixed my flat, and an hour after I got home, the tire went flat again. When we took the tire back, they charged me again to fix the flat that these morons didn't fix the first time. This is the second time that this has happened. When I pulled up, there were 5 guys there with no customers. All 5 stayed on their phones and didn't want to get up to do anything. It's a little bit of a wait, but I've always come here after trying somewhere else. This morning, we tried Walmart but they didn't have a breaker bar to be able to change my tires. We came here and were able to have the previously bought new tires put on in about an hour & a half. These are hardworking guys and they know what they're doing. First one guy quoted me one price for a oil change over the phone which was $20 for regular oil and I get here and the girl charges me $30 even though I told her who I spoke to and all she said was "well he doesn't know how to quote prices , it's gonna be $30" Super rude and an inconvenience . Purchased 4 "like new" tires from here and within 2 weeks, one of them got a "puncture" that could not be fixed and wasn't covered by the warranty. The only thing they offered me was to purchase a new one for half of the original price. Do not waste your time or money here. Go to an actual tire retailer and purchase new tires that are covered by actual manufacturers warranty and not their "in house" warranty. read more

I've been coming to Mejj tires since 2014 and have purchased tires multiple times all name brand tires Goodyear, Continental, Bridgestone, Michelin, Yokohama and they also balance them too. I mean who wouldn't balance their tires but you do have some shops that just put tires on and that's it not this place. I got a brand new set of tires under $350 that's the price of two at discount tire so really can't beat that price. read more

Woke up early to have my wife's van serviced. She needed three tires and an alignment. We planned of leaving the van in the morning, have it serviced, and coming back to pick it up after she gets off of work. According to advertisement they open at 8am. We arrive at 8:15am, in the Houston Summer heat, over 90 degress. The workers are waiting in the shade of the old truck trailers, and inside cars, gates locked. I call the office number no answer, call the mobile number-cell disconnected. I walk to the 'secondary' shop that has mechanics and customers. Nobody in the office, no mechanic asks if I needed help- just blank stares. I felt unwelcome, and I felt bad for the workers who are forced to wait for whoever is in charge of opening in the morning. I wouldn't be surprised if they were undocumented workers which makes me even more angry that management is taking advantage of them. After waiting in the sun for 30-40 minutes, I call Discount Tire on Bay Area.Tell them my tire size, they had it in stock, drove over there. Before I even walk in the building to select my tires, they already are removing the worn tires and have the van hoisted up in the garage. We wait in the air conditioned lobby with TV, instead of a hot abandoned lot, for 30 minutes and we walk out with warranty, tires, and a great price on everything. Never again will I even look in the direction of this MEJJ tire shop. AVOID at ALL costs!!! read more

My last set of tires I purchased from Mejj lasted 2 years. I purchased a new set 10/2015 and had low pressure with 24 hrs on a tire. I took it back and they repaired the tire. The prices and quality are great on the used tires but you have to keep in mind that ...........these are used tires and may need repairs. Their service is very good. I purchased tires in advance and had them sent to Mejj to install at an appointed time. This seemed time efficient. However, they cancelled the appointment via email and never answered the phone when I tried to reschedule. A week later, I contacted Goodyear, whom I purchased the tires through, for assistance. They could not even get the tire place to pick up or respond to emails. After over a week and several attempts to resolve this, Mejj finally sent me an email saying they longer had the tires and that I would have to go to the distributor to get me money back. Clearly they have become too busy to provide good customer service, let alone even decent customer service! read more

This place is just waiting to rip you of,.i was recommended to this place for an alignment on my van, I got there at 1:20pm told them what I needed but the guy at the desk said "the mechanic is going to lunch right now when he comes back he can check it and see if it qualifies for a regular 50$ van alignment , I told the girl and the guy, cool, I'll leave the van and left my phone number and told them to leave a voice mail if I don't get to answer ,4:30pm came around,they never called or left a voice mail. I went to the place to see what's going on, the guy said , it needs new tires, I asked him , is that all? He said no ,they will need to check it again to see if the van needs anything else,. WHAT , I asked him why didn't they check for all that once you had it up on the lift? He could not give me an answer, then he tried to sell me new tires for 175$ for only two tires. I said NO, use the back tires they are new, he refused to use them and said that they all have to be new in order to do the alignment,WHAT! It is front wheel drive, I finally gave up and told him that I came to this place because I was recommended by another mechanic,and I was told this was a good place, but I guess not(witch he does not do alignments)witch is why I came here for, I said thank you but I will take my business to another place , and that is what this is supposed to be a "business " not a place to lie to customers and rip them of , bottom line is I will never recommend this place to any one or come back at all, thanks for nothing,:-( read more
