I was quoted a price for powder coating my wheels and calipers for a slingshot. I verified the…read moreprice on two occasions. After dropping the vehicle off and waiting inside for 20 minutes, I headed home. 15 minutes later, I received a call saying I was given the wrong price and that the actual price would be $75 more per wheel (3 wheels). I did not agree to that and was told they could do it for $35 more per wheel. Then he offered to do it for $100 more than the price I agreed to. After completing the work, he wanted to charge more if I paid by any way other than cash. I originally told them I wanted to use in-house financing. After the work was complete, I was told that they would have to be charged 6% more to finance it. I secured the in-house financing myself and was not charged any additional fees. Once I picked the vehicle up, I noticed the caliper paint was on the brakes. A few days later, I was getting in the slingshot when it started rolling out of my garage and rolled into my car. I figured that I didn't set the emergency brake and put it back in the garage. The next day, the slingshot rolled back and damaged my garage door. I took it to my mechanic, who told me that the e-brake cover had not been properly installed and that one of my calipers had not been screwed back in. The wheels look great, but I was disappointed in how they changed the price, their untruthfulness concerning the financing, and the fact that I had to pay a few hundred dollars for the damage to my garage and my mechanic to correctly install my e-brake cover and caliper. I love the look of the rim, I just hate that they ruined the experience by changing the price and causing other damage.

I love the service and was…read morepleasantly surprised to learn that they will patch a tire (if possible) without charge even if they didn't install tires. I've had tires put on a wide assortment of vehicles: SUVs, sedans, sports cars -- all have performed perfectly. I had a slow leak that they discovered was a manufacturer's sticker on the inside of the rim. They dismounted the tire, cleaned off the sticker and no more leak. I highly recommend them!
