    PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE A lot of us want to support OUR ppl but trust me. This isn't the one. Just keep it moving and go with a more reputable cleaning company. They will take your hard working money and not show up nor will they call to let you know they aren't coming. Crystal was suppose to come 5/6 and she was a no show. After sending her several messages she finally called me back 5/9 saying she had a seizure and just got out of the hospital but she would refund me. Here we are 7 days later and I still haven't received a refund. I was waiting for my refund to write a review but I'll just do it now. The day before she was to come I text her asking if we were still on for tomorrow. Her reply was just "yes". That rubbed me the wrong way but I remained positive. I've been following her on IG for many years so I never even thought to actually look up reviews. I'll be making a post on IG and FB in the next week as well. If I ever see her vehicle around town again I will be approaching her like the adult I am and I will be asking her why she is scamming ppl. If you've gotten a refund pls feel free to message me letting me know the steps you took

    WHOLE BUSINESS IS A FRAUD! Booked a cleaning, she required a $120 deposit via Zelle -- never showed, called and texted numerous times; absolutely no response. Currently I have legal support and have reported her business in CA. If you want to do same if it's happened to you keep a copy of all communication. I have attached her information which is kept private to also report as well.

    Look at photos for her address and family info The irritation of trusting a black owner business and they take your money and don't provide any service to you. Took $200 from me. I booked a cleaning for Monday may 16th at 10am. At 11am I called and the number was going straight to voicemail. So then I decided to text. After texting Crystal responded saying her workers should be at my home. 10 min later I messaged her again and she said they were working another job and asked if I would like to reschedule or get a refun. I asked for a refund for my deposit and she responded Saying I would get it through zelle. After this she stopped responding. every two hours I messaged her and still I don't have my money.

    I hired them on special for $299, 2 professional cleaners (one being the owner) for 3 hours for a 900 sq ft home scheduled for 7/8/19 @9:30am. They took 6 hours, and the only thing that was decently cleaned was my oven. THATS IT. I had to cancel plans and clients so they could finish. They used my vacuum and they used my swiffer pads. They also took a break to go buy alcohol. Which I said ok, but now regret. At the end, the $299 turned into $500. I reached out the next day expressing how disappointed I was. Crystal responded by saying they'd come back to finish. So we scheduled another day for them to come back. When that day came, they never showed up. I didn't get a message or call either. Crystal messaged me the next day saying there was an emergency with one of her employees and that's why she didn't make it or contact me. She offered me a $100 refund. Which, after sending her the pictures of everything that wasn't cleaned, I feel like she should've refunded me a lot more than $100. I still feel owed. I'm pissed and have been pissed ever since this all happened. I waited to write this review to see if I still felt this way after some time had passed. And I sure do! I'm a female business owner and wanted to support another female owned business. But I feel taken advantage of BIG TIME. I worked and saved for weeks to be able to afford to get my house cleaned. It was supposed to be a treat to myself. So in the end I paid $400 to have my oven cleaned. $400 is a lot of money to spend on a house cleaning for anyone, let alone not having it be cleaned and it be only 900 sq ft. Still disappointed, still feel owed. It's just such a shame.

    Screwed me and several others over. I found 5 reviews that say they paid for service and no one showed or called. I paid 125 for deposit and waited 3 hours the day of. No call, no show. I have called the executive editor of the East Bay times and advise that everyone else do the same so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. The phone number is 408-920-5456. Leave a message and maybe if enough of us are serious about this we can make sure that no one else loses their money to this horrible example of a black owned company. This is not how my people operate. Honesty and integrity. Hold these scammers responsible.

He completed 4 closets over 2 days. The closets themselves have shifted the whole feel of the rooms. Definitely an upgrade that I'd highly recommend! Lessons I learned, that you may want to heed... if you have access, get in and paint the closets ahead of time. He will do touch ups, and paint over small areas previously occupied by screws, closet bar supports etc, but that doesn't include full painting. In my case the Master closets hadn't been painted since before I moved in 18 years ago - they suddenly looked dingy contrasting with the new materials. It's none fun painting after the fact! Same thing with any flooring updates. Fortunately, I was able to tear up the carpet the evening before he did the last 2 closets. Give yourself the gift of a fully finished, high end closet. I wanted my wife and I to digest what really happened. I wanted to determine if the ladies of "Organized Life" really did what I paid them to do. First, let me preface by saying if you are a horder, you may have a difficult time with their service. They are not there to go through every piece of garbage you may find valuable and also be your therapist. That would take FOREVER, and this isn't a reality TV show. However, what it is, is a superb service. If you have found yourself living comfortably numb, and have just accumulated STUFF over the years and realize one day that it is time to make a change. They are the crew to help you purge and organize. Molly, Marie and the 3rd girl's name eludes me. For that I sincerely apologize because she was no less outstanding. These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing? Our reason to hire these ladies was two fold. 1st, we want to prepare to buy another house and move. 2nd, we have gotten older and our bodies physically don't hold up to continously, non stop physical labor as they once did. Needless to say, these ladies had our garage cleared out in about 1.5hrs...maybe an hour and twenty minutes and ready for my wife and I to sift and sort. He came by and spent a couple of hours mapping out our closets, the right trimming and color. I felt like he was super thorough and answered all of our questions. Chris came and met us mid Feb; quoted installation for March 11, which we were fine with but asked to be put on a list if there's a chance to install quicker. We were completely wow'd when we got the call that they moved up our installation date to Monday Feb 23rd!! Quoted for 2.5 days but it really took 1.5 days to install 3-4 closets. Our installers were Hugo and Juan - they were super nice and accommodating, put down these mats in our place so to protect the floors. They brought in all the materials and got straight to work. So efficient and so nice, we really lucked out. At the end of installation, we noticed a mismatch on shelving length so Hugo waiting for the new shelves to arrive and installed before he left on day 2. Overall, the process was super easy, quick, and accommodating. One of the best perks is that the materials came from Costco, so having a Costco CC came in handy with the % of money back at the end of the year. Thank you Closet Factory!!

Steven wasn't able to take my job but referred me to Joy Perkins from Omnibus Organizing and I'm so glad he did! From our first interaction Joy was responsive and able to accommodate my hectic schedule. During our initial consultation I knew right away Joy was a person I wanted to work with. A former school teacher, Joy has the perfect mix of patience, cheerfulness and "let's get to it" attitude that put me at ease. If she has judgements, she keeps them to herself and makes the whole process feel fun. My project was a second bedroom that had turned into a bit of a junk closet and was no longer really usable on account of all the stuff I'd haphazardly thrown in there. Joy actively listened as I explained my work/life and hopes I had for my stuff and the room. Following the initial consultation she told me it would take a full day and that she'd bring two other helpers. By the end of that day I'd have my room back. I got that and a lot more. On the day of, my three organizing angels turned up with clear boxes, garbage bags and all the necessary supplies for serious organization. They set up a folding table in my living room and hauled everything out of the second bedroom. During this time I was not needed at all. That's one of the things I really loved about working with Joy: I could do my own work whilst she and her team set about to organizing and they'd simply call me in when they needed my input. I'd taken the day off thinking I would need to be much more of an active participant and since that wasn't the case, I had plenty of time to do laundry and take care of other household chores. The organizers finished the second bedroom faster than expected and moved on to organize my bathroom, pantry and bedroom closet. When there was still a little more time left they worked on a small part of the living room too. By the time they departed, I had a nearly empty second bedroom with a super organized closet finely tuned for my extensive travel and pernicious packing. Not to mention a better bathroom set up and a really good looking pantry that finally made sense. I also rediscovered many things that had been "hiding" in amongst my disorganization! It felt like Christmas at least three times that day. My household, as a result, is much more harmonious. This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.
