Most areas are clean, but I'm taking off a star for the miscommunication between Patricia and her staff. 1) The ladies don't seem to speak very much English so communication can be a problem. You must let Patricia know every detail of the cleaning so she can relay your needs to them. 2) I get what other reviewers stated about Patricia being a bit "aggressive", but I personally didnt mind it much. I get she's the owner so she's passionate about her business, but it can come off wrong. All in all, Patricia's rates are slightly below average, but take that with a grain of salt. Make sure you communicate thoroughly and get her "rate" (she gave me a range that scaled about $30) in writing prior to hiring. I would never ever recommend this group. period. nothing redeeming about them. sadly. Patricia, over the phone, could not be ruder. From our first interaction to our last. She clearly has no problem treating people in a demeaning way. Being in the service industry myself, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and showed nothing but respect, but her condescending tone and language shocked me. Maybe I caught her at a bad time.... nope. Their cleaning crew showed up well past their scheduled time of arrival. No call. No Apologies. I ended up calling Patricia over 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here, only to hear more attitude, and that they are "lost". So I guess our time is not valuable, and I guess empathy doesn't exist with this team? But perhaps, they are great at what they do?....sorry....wrong again. Luckily for me, I speak fluent Spanish, unbeknownst to them. Let's just say that they are not the most honest people, and they had some choice things to say about our valuables. I would never recommend having anyone from that team in my home again. During this process, their crew dropped and shattered crystal glassware that was a Christmas gift to our family. They spent at least 20 minutes trying to clean it up, and lied to Patricia over the phone about its value. Now to be perfectly clear, this is not about the value of the crystal, or that it was a gift. It is the fact they broke it. No apologies. Took 20-30 minutes cleaning it. Took that time away from cleaning the areas they agreed to clean. Yes, you heard right....Although they spent nearly half an hour cleaning it up they did not extend one minute past their scheduled 2.5 hour time cleaning. As soon as the clock struck they stopped. We had them call Patricia, their boss, and was Patricia understanding? Did she try to make the situation better? Or did she accuse us of lying? Quotes from Patricia: "How do I know the value of when you bought that versus what its worth now", " How are you sure it's not plastic", "How do you know its not worth $5"... Hmmm... Swarovski Crystal. Ya, I'm sure it's not plastic. It does not take 30 minutes to clean up plastic. Plastic doesn't shatter. There are plenty of cleaning crews. Patricia told me that this company is totally uninsured (no liability, worker's comp, etc.), and don't even think about asking her about insurance unless you want to get, you guessed it, talked down to. The icing on the cake for me was when she called the day that the work was supposed to be performed to tell me that: 1) the price we agreed upon just the day before was no longer the price, and 2) I had to pay her in cash up front, which is impossible as I was not in town, which she knew in advance.
