The visual results were small but I didn't experience major break outs in the 4 months until my next peel (aka a miracle). She described light peels as "chipping away" at the problems (for me, milder acne scars and hyperpigmentation and larger pores). 2nd peel: We went for a medium peel and I certainly peeled! Which was great. The results were more obvious (but still subtle), with less texture and smaller pore in a patch of skin with acne scars. I can see that some of my dark spots faded a few shades. Raissa is a lovely, warm person and very competent at her work. Her clean, lovely room is located in Bravo Hair Salon with plenty of parking in a garage off Lake Ave. (Be sure to directly put in the address! Found them on Groupon and per the Groupon instructions called them to confirm availability before purchasing the Groupon. They advised they would honor the Groupon price. Ok, sure. No prob, I rather pay the business directly. They honored the Groupon price. I added an add-on to my service, which is normally priced at $20, but they charged me $30 for it. You could hear them talking about charging me $30 for it vs $20 since I was a Groupon deal (assuming it's already money lost for them). You can hear *everything* because there is no separation between "rooms". Just curtains. My fault for not saying anything in the moment... Outside of this, as alluded to, there are no rooms so there is no privacy or sense of relaxation. If you don't want to be on Groupon because you won't make $$ off of it, then take yourself off. No one is being forced to put themselves on that platform.
