You are welcome to one free class per child. I brought them in a few weeks later. One tried ballet, and the other gymnastics. We loved the ballet class and teacher. She was so sweet. Continuing with ballet. We are at a place of just experiencing dance and having fun, not professionally performing. Our youngest liked the gymnastics. I didn't mind at all that they had 2 classes going on at once. There was plenty of room, and they didn't get in the way of one another. The teacher was kind and full of smiles. I was concerned as boy did they ever do a ton of summersaults. My daughter was new and was doing a lot without supervision, and I was waiting for her to injure herself. I wish the young teacher would have paid attention more, and did more spotting. I would have appreciated her guiding her how to do things safely and correctly such as round offs and the bars. Not that I wanted her to know how to do it perfectly, just safely. She also kept on getting kicked in the head by another classmate who was being silly and starting behind her too soon. That was totally missed by the teacher as well. Watching seeing the girls do things thry way they were without anyone guiding them, someone is bound to be hurt. Each room has a table and 2 chairs to watch through the windows. A bit small in the hallway. I tried to be thoughtful and make sure people who couldn't stand a long time had seating. They have a couple of benches when entering to sit, but you wont be able to watch the kids in their classes. A one hour class is great. We will be back for ballet, but will be going elsewhere for gymnastics.

All 4 of our kids have gone to Little Sunbeams or are currently going. We started there with our oldest at 2, back in 2019 and he went all 3 years, until kindergarten. Our kids are all 2 years apart and we started them the month they turned 2 and were able to start going. Currently, my oldest is 8 and in 3rd grade and both him and my 1st grader are already in the advanced programs at school. Kindergarten teachers were amazed with how much they knew. My daughter is 5 and finishing up her last year at LSB before moving onto kindergarten. She knows how to write her full name and is currently working on site words. My youngest is 3 and has been at LSB for a year and loves it. The best part for me as a mom, is that it is a place where I feel comfortable sending my kids. I know they will be taken care of and loved. It is just a huge plus that they learn so much, and have the opportunity to explore and be creative everyday. Little Sunbeams also has an app, so they give updates there as needed and post pictures everyday- which is also another favorite of mine. The school is affordable and also offers flexible schedules, which we have often taken advantage of. Mrs Miriam is truly an angel. She is the owner and has shaped Little Sunbeams into what it is today. I am always so surprised with how hands on she is to this day with the kids. They love her. Ms Ivis is wonderful as well. If you call or walk in, she will most likely be the person to greet you. She is so welcoming and has answers to all of the questions. She has been such a great addition to the team. Ms Veronica is one of the teachers and has had 3 of my 4 kids. She is one of their besties but knows how to keep order of a classroom so that both learning and fun can be had. Ms Sara is the Spanish and Atelier teacher and she has had all 4 of my kids! She teaches them so much and has incredible patience with them as they are learning. I really can't say enough about this school. If you are on the fence, go check it out for yourself. We are going on our 8th year here and still love it. We will be sad when we have no more preschool aged kids and have to say goodbye.

Gissel and Claire welcomed us once we got into the building, shook our hands AND shook our girls hands as well. Claire gave us the tour and she was so amazing with our girls and was so professional and honestly gave us the best tour of the center. It was the best tour we had out of the 3 centers we went and visited. It was very important we found a place that we as parents felt very comfortable with for the sake of our girls because one of our girls is VERY shy and timid when it comes to new people and places. When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was told that the changing table is disinfected and bleached between every child. However, I personally observed teachers changing children without disinfecting the table between diaper changes, which raised serious concerns about hygiene practices. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency in addressing my concerns. It took over a week for anyone to follow up with me regarding what I considered to be a serious health issue. Even then, it wasn't management who reached out, it was another employee. As a parent, I expected management to take ownership of a concern involving my child's health and communicate with me directly. I understand that no childcare center is perfect and that incidents can happen. However, trust is everything when you're leaving your child in someone else's care. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer felt confident that my daughter was receiving the level of care and attention I expected. It only takes one incident to lose that trust. I hope this feedback encourages the center to reinforce hygiene protocols, ensure staff consistently follow them, and improve communication and accountability when families raise serious health concerns.
