Doctors appointments are rarely short, but I truly feel like this was about as quick as it could have been. Everyone listened to what I had to say and they show true care by having a patient navigator meet with you as well. It took me a long time after moving here to find a PCP and I am so glad I chose them through IEHP. Even without IEHP I'd continue going here. read more

Experience is always positive here. The protestors are annoying but just ignore them. All the doctors and medical personnels here are always willing to listen to your concerns. They will always place your needs above all else. I usually always get the care I need, which is a positive. Everything is generally really prompt. Today I went for my regular health check up. I'd like to come here because it's a part of Planned Parenthood and they are not judgmental at all when it comes to my reproductive health. I've come into only one problem and when I addressed it with a survey I no longer so that doctor ever again. They take into consideration what I say and it matters. I line that they don't push birth control on me. 10/10 recommend. read more

I have visited this facility for a couple of years but only for birth control. At ny last visit the doctor that attended me was very courteous and thoughtful and she make me feel comfortable, so much so that I asked if she was accepting new patients and since she was I contacted my insurance and asked them to make the change to Melody health and Dr H as my primary care provider. I had my first medical visit with Dr H and I'm positive that I made the best decision to change my PCP. I know I'll stay with them for a long time and now I won't go 5 years without going to my PCP! read more

They literally have no judgement when it comes to reading over your paper work on why you're theirs and providing you the knowledge you need to move forward with anything and very fast! I've been going here for primary care for a few years. At first I thought I'd just try it out but honestly didn't expect to be so overly satisfied with the high-quality care. The whole office is run efficiently, and everyone--from nurses, to doctors, to office staff--is competent, thorough, and on top of their stuff. Even with Covid, they are working like a well-oiled machine. I cannot talk enough about the professionalism, warmth, cleanliness, and overall care that sets this office apart from the many doctor's offices I've been to. Dr. Glupczynski is doing great. However, I have run into four administrative issues now.

I've had them for about 4-5 years and have never been disappointed. The entire staff that I have encountered has been great. That includes reception, nurses, and doctors. I've had better care from them than one I've encountered at urgent care. With covid they're take every precaution and really appreciate all they do. I am a huge supporter of Planned Parenthood. I have been coming here for my "woman care" for over 15 years. At other doctor's offices I feel rushed, but while I'm here- I feel listened to, heard, and like I matter. I have now even changed my primary care to here. They accept insurance for primary care as well. Staff is nice, wait isnt too long, always willing to answer questions. Its just parking is a bit odd and front door was hard to find at first, google didnt make it any easier lol. You can also just get reproductive/sexual health if you already have a primary doctor. Its a inclusive place, safe for lgbt individuals. Bathrooms are all gender. read more

I don't usually review health centers, but this place is amazing! I've been going here for maybe a decade and the process was always okay/standard. Today, I didn't have an appointment & I went in as a walk-in (for the 1st time) & was planning to wait an hour for a cancellation. I was able to see the dr. shortly after I got there! The lady in the front was super nice and understanding. The nurses & doctors are nonjudgmental, approachable and caring overall. I have been going to this location since I was a teenager I have always felt safe and well taken care of. I was so excited when they stared offering melody women's health. Dr. Emma Hiscocks is amazing she takes her time with you and answers any questions and concerns you may have. She does however get behind on her appt because she gives each and every patient more than the allotted amount of time for their appointment to make sure they feel satisfied with the visit when they leave. I hope I never have to seek primary care elsewhere I love the entire staff here and always feel welcome and safe and I know I'll be taken care of well. read more
