I have been with Melody Care for seven years and have had a few providers (that are since gone) that didn't validate my concerns or respect me enough to explain my care to me. Along with Dr. Tressan, PA Nina has been the most pleasant provider interaction I've ever had. She gave me a thorough wellness exam and explained all of my necessary screenings. She also addressed all of my concerns without judgement and I actually feel like I received preventative care. It is such a relief to have a caring provider. I'm pretty happy that I switched over to Melody Health as my primary care provider. I've had some encounters with staff being rude, but my overall experience is good. 4 stars because the majority of times I've called to make an appointment the receptionist was quite rude and appointments can be limited. However, my most recent experience calling in, Shanika (or Shaniqua?? Can't remember exactly) was so sweet and helpful. She was able to find me an appointment sooner when i called in a few days prior and the girl hung up on me. Also, I appreciate that appointments can be over the phone for minor concerns. I had an appointment over the phone this morning, and it was one of the best encounters I've ever had. Tina the MA and Nina the PCP were both so kind and respectful. Even though it was brief, Nina was thorough. I don't usually provide feedback for my visits, but I thought they both deserved recognition. Not that other providers were rude or disrespectful, Nina seemed to care much more and asked thoughtful questions. Her compassion definitely reflects in her bedside manners. read more

I rarely write reviews but my experience today at Planned Parenthood deserves one. Physician Nina and the staff at Westminster location are not only wonderful but super sweet. They went above and beyond for me today during my visit. I've been to Planned Parenthood various times at a different location and I always felt like my concerns as a patient were never addressed. The nurses and physicians at the other location I used to frequent at were always dismissive and made me feel unimportant. I always felt like another patient.....which is fine! because I understand the & nurses doctors are busy, but I think it is important AS a doctor to help your patient as much as they can and provide them a peace of mind when they are feeling uneasy and overwhelmed. Before I could even ask to get blood work done or request testing Dr. Nina was a step ahead and had already requested it. I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my concerns. I definitely will be returning to Planned Parenthood at Westminster in the future IF it's with physician Nina and her wonderful staff !! :) read more

Melody Health has taken great care with keeping me healthy and happy. One thing that really stands out is that I am genuinely listened to by my doctor. I have complete trust in every doctor and nurse at the clinic. The ladies at the front are lovely and very efficient gladly offering me a fresh mask if I have forgotten mine. Some offices are charging a dollar per mask which is somewhat humiliating. The entire place is ultra clean and I have witnessed them sanitizing regularly. They also have security watching your vehicle while you are inside. I am always on top of my appointments because they have a great text reminder alert and confirmation system. All around A+ healthcare. I am grateful for their kindness and expertise and will continue to go there for years to come. read more

Thank you immensely to the staff for working, especially in this time! I initially came as a walk-in. I was told they were fully booked, but that they would call me as soon as they could see me. The staff were very communicative and friendly. Luckily someone had cancelled their appointment coming up within the hour, and they called me back asking me if I would like to take it (yes!). Everything was done in an orderly & timely manner--all patients were instructed to park in one of the reserved parking spots until they were called in to be tested/seen, then told to return to their car, and would have results/medication delivered to them at their car or via phone call. I was in last Friday to see Dr. Connolly and, may I just say, she is the best doctor I have ever met. My OBGYN apparently does not do 6 week postpartum checkups for c-section mommas, but Dr. Connelly willingly and wholeheartedly did. After checking in with my well-being, she physically checked my incision to see how well it healed AND even felt to see if my uterus was also getting back into place. She answered all my questions and instructed me on how we should proceed with our sexual activities carefully, because we are planning for another child in the following year. (2 under 2) So ladies, if you're ever to book your appointments, make sure to request for Dr. Connelly because she will not disappoint! read more

I was only going to get blood drawn today got here at 744 walked in 745 . (15 minute grace time ) I waited in line . At 746 I was at the window and I was considered as a walk in . My Appointment was at 630am. So we all know we get a 15 minute grace period . She said I couldn't be seen anymore that I could come back at 8:30am. Waiting room completely empty . I told them I would rather come back Monday then . She insisted I stay . Yet let me know I wouldn't be seen for hours . I told her I would come back instead. She said take a seat . Didn't fill up that form about Covid and didn't get my mask switched . She finally gave me the covid form and had me check in at the tablet at 7:00am. Got seen at 7:09 until 7:17 . An 8 minute visit . Could have just taken me as soon as I walked instead the Receptionist made it a hassle. Normally I don't have issues coming here or complaints for any of the staff . read more

I feel I am in good hands. At first I used to see Dr. Connolly, then I was seeing Dr Shenoy and Tara, in Anahiem, is unfortunate that they are no longer here. I was pleased to have been accommodate a schedule physical exam on a Saturday. Unfortunately, I left the cliic disappointed and dissatisfied with the care I was given to by the P.A. Although, she seemed very knowledgeable and polite, she still lacked experience as a provider. I scheduled this appointment because I was experiencing some recent health issues that I wanted the physician to address but instead she attended to something completely irrelevant to my concerns. I was denied the routine blood panel I requested, and with this being my first physical exam I've had in many years and my first with this medical group i expected this to be part of my physical. I felt that she didn't give my appointment the time to review my PMH chart and go over any questions or concerns I might ve had. In doing so I also missed to request preventative treatment for an issue i had callled for recently but was denied treatment at the time. The P.A didn't seem to have given any interest in getting to know me as a patient and felt I rushed through my appointment. This was the worst experience as my fist primary care provide visit with melody care. read more
