I came to this location from a recommendation for my po op clearance. My doctor requested lab work, and medical clearance. For this surface, they charge $250. I called to make an appointment. I emailed my medical form, but I would also recommend to bring in the form printed! Especially since it was so very hard to send in my medical form. I guess they say to sending your medical form request and then from there you call back and make an appointment. But they told me the email address is wrong. So I attach a picture of their actual email address. For the labs as a reminder, you have to fast for the full lab work. No one told me that beforehand. So it's very frustrating because I had to come a couple of days later in my schedule so I can fast. They send a text message reminder the day before and I think a couple of days before to confirm your appointment. But I appreciate a reminder. Besides the lab work, my appointment was really fast like it only took 20 minutes. There's a lot of parking. I know there's other reviews based on medical insurance. I don't have any experience with that period since I was just requesting outside operation medical clearance that Kaiser doesn't really provide to surgeries. So I guess that that was pretty easy so I would recommend this place for preop clearances if you're looking for one. Also, the medical assistant, Dr. Kim helped me and she was very sweet. they take credit card payments but charge a 3% on it so remind her to have some money in your bank account to Zelle them. Also. When I got there, there was no one waiting on online. I think I got there 20 minutes ahead of my appointment so they're able to take me right away. And when I left, there were two people waiting. BEWARE: I highly would NOT recommend. I had a claim with them for 12 months and it was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! They will just try to suck as much money from you as possible. When my claim ended they extended without my permission instead of sending me back to work like I asked (because claim was over) then when i called to get proof to go back to work they want more money for another appointment instead of giving me the proof I need... terrible disability company.. they wont help you, they'll ONLY help themselves & their wallet's at your benefit. read more

Please don't waste your time and money here. This doctor doesn't care anything but money. The reason i came here was because i thought that he was the physician that was willing to offer Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRP). As a gymer , I would like to maintain My T level so that i can medically achieve my goal base on his professionally legit knowledge. However it turned out completely opposite. After about 9 weeks of TRT program, I started having side effects. One day my body was formed a big inflammatory right under abdominal area, I immediately come to see him for a check up. His daughter who is also a physician saw me i stead of him. She said that it was just a normal breakout sac that body sometimes released and Dr. Dinh can remove it for me. Once again I trusted them and schedule for the small surgeon date. They charged ways beyond regular price which i think of Covid-19 , but i need to remove it safe without scars before it got bigger and worse. After he finished the stitches, i already felt that he couldn't remove it all. Additionally the stitch wasn't nice to seem the cutting and heal well. 2 day later i got infected and I decided to come back. He didn't see me for a sec, and his daughter remove my stitches and tole me that let it heal, if it still swollen i need to pay for another surgery. WTF!!!! I emphasize my question before i left the clinic that my would is ok. They said yes, then i left disappointedly. I came to a different dermatologist for second opinion. Within 2 minutes, this doctor examined and remove it for super easy which that doctor already left me a big scar. I went to different TRT doctor. After viewing history of shots, he realized that the doses that DR Dinh made was ways to high for body to attempt which lead to side effects and inflammatory. Now my new doctor lower doses and give me weekly instead of 2 weeks like dr Dinh did. I feel totally fine and i was with this doctor for 2 months now so I decided to write this review. The amount of good and bad reviews for this practice exemplify the mediocrity of this doctor's office. I came here a year ago after injuries from a car accident. There is one kind receptionist with blonde hair that is hospitable to everyone, but the rest of the staff is unprofessional and negligent. After a few appointments, I switched doctors because I wanted to go somewhere that would help me heal from the car accident, not just have me lay down on random beds, which didn't help my back whatsoever. It took months for this doctor's office to provide my files to my new doctor's office, and they also took their time with billing my lawyer. I would call them to ask about the bills, but they would always say they would call at a certain time; however, they never gave me calls back. While my case has been settled for about half a year now, and they now just call me saying that they haven't received any payment, which makes no sense. I have no idea who is keeping their records there, but this practice is so unprofessional and stressful for clients to work with; they didn't even have my correct lawyer listed in my files. If you don't want to run around in circles with a staff that tends to waste time and doesn't have proper record-keeping, don't go here. If you decide to still come this doctor's office, I truly hope you'll be one of the individuals who have a decent experience like some have mentioned. I'm not sure if those people got paid to write those negative reviews, but Dr. Dinh has been our family doctor for years. He's very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to my parents. The new location is clean and spacious. All the staffs are sweet and friendly. We feel welcome every time we come here. The IV therapy is a plus for those who like to party on weekends and need a detox. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family. read more

This is the worst doctor's place ever. The staff here are completely incoherent and rude! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I've been trying to schedule an appointment here several times. I called in the morning asking what's the latest time I can come by and 2, TWO, nurses both said by 5:30pm because Doctor leaves and they close at 6. Fair enough, I get off work and try to get there by 5:20pm. At 4:30pm, I called letting them know I may be a few minutes late or early depending on how the traffic is. A different nurse immediately started yelling at me saying she's not going to accept me. At that point I'm driving IN traffic on my way there and I'm letting them know that 2 nurses did say by 5:30pm. She continues to raise her voice at me, telling me if I don't get there before 5:15 then I can't get a check up. At that point, I'm getting annoyed, letting her know that if that was the case, I wouldn't be driving there in the first place. She just hands the phone over to another nurse who continues to raise her voice at me as well, telling me she's not going to take me in (even thought they close at 6pm). At that point, I've accepted it and told them that next time they should re-educate all their staff and have consistent hours of operations. At that point, she started telling me I'm hearing things wrong, and I'm making it up. I tell her, I'm not making things up. It's a waste of my time to drive out during traffic to make it to a made up time. Then she's like you don't have to come here, you can go somewhere else. Can you believe she said that? It's a freaken medical center, a place of providing care of people's well being and all the staff here are rude, welcoming, and frankly don't care about the patients enough. You guys must be making so much money with their business style medical place, that you really don't need a patient like me. Well good riddance, I would never want to come back. Thanks to the horrible staff, the doctor will probably not have a chance with potential patients. And seriously to all the staff there, re-educate yourself and take some health provider trainings, cause you guys seriously need it. The people working there did not even know how to take blood pressure correctly. Dr. Dinh looks like he has given up on his own health and medical responsibility to his patients. He is the worst doctor I've ever had. He didn't even perform a simple physical examination properly. He literally just used the stethoscope on my chest and back for about 1 second each and that was the entire physical exam. Then he proceeded to charge me $55 for copay. while I was trying to talk about  the headache that I had for 3 weeks he kept trying to cut me off and interrupt me without letting me talk about what was bothering me. He didn't even close the door before doing the physical exam?!!? He obviously didn't care at all and when I told him the meds that they gave me last time didn't help since they're just painkillers and don't actually solve anything he was like "I'll get you stronger meds." And then I was like no I don't need meds I want to know what wrong with me!!! And he's like "it's just a tension headache, it comes and goes." And I go " no it doesn't come and go. I've had it for 24/7 for 3 weeks!!!!" And Finally he was like okay we'll set up an MRI scan for you. Oh my God. I had to fight tooth and nail for that. My entire "physical exam" was about 30 seconds long....and then they proceeded to charge me $55 for copay for that 30 second exam. This place is just a rip off and they just want your money and don't give a shit about you!!! Do not come here unless you wanna die soon after! I seriously started crying when I walked out of the office because I felt like they just stole my money. Oh and last time I came in (about a week ago)!!! I didn't even see him, the actual doxtort!!! I saw this young girl (his assistant maybe?) who gave me meds and looked in my ears and that was it. Also lasted about 1 minute. Also got charged $55. For them to literally do nothing. The only positive thing about this place is the front office staff. There's a girl who works there who's super sweet and nice. But that's the only positive point!!! I'm so mad!!! I would never ever recommend anyone coming here, even my enemy. Staff does not know what they are talking about. If they say your insurance does not go through and ask you to pay cash first and get refund later when they get pay by your insurance. Don't do it, my mistake for trusting them, don't make the same mistake. They will charge insurance 4.4 times more (did my math) than the cash paid visit.
