I told her it was my first time and she walked me through the whole process, step by step always letting me know what was going on before proceeding. It was great, I didn't feel anxious or rushed at all. I was super pleased with the results, and honestly the second one was even easier than the first! You really end up just chatting through your session to the point of almost not noticing the wax coming off. Plus they use a hard wax which doesn't require strips, and therefore doesn't pull your skin, just the hair. Huge plus!! The rest: In terms of decor, they've got a chic boutique feel going on. Everything is super clean and nicely lit. There are little samples in the waiting area if you are curious about some of their scrubs.
