Long story short, they hurt my dog so bad in the mouth area that she wouldn't eat for 48 hours. I was outside and I heard my dog shriek. I came to see what had happened and my dog was walking out visibly in pain in the mouth area. She was whimpering while pawing the area of pain. Kelvin downplayed it and said nothing happened. I know something happened. I heard it. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars in hospital bills and the owner Nuria and Kelvin would not take responsibility. I understand accidents can happen but what really upset us is that Nuria and Kelvin kept denying anything happened, despite our repeated pleading to help diagnose the situation - and we (and the doctors) were having to take guesses in the dark. It's been one week since the injury and our dog is still not back to herself. I wonder whether she ever will be. They did refund the grooming, but I had to request it.

Also, she had a kennel cough and parasites! The only half decent thing is that they give you 1 free Vet visit within first 2 weeks, so I got medication for those. For those who care: she's 18 weeks, 6lbs now, still less than the 9-10 she's supposed to be, but much better!
