I call him prior to leaving the city and asked him if he's sure we don't need to do the alterations on the 2nd tan suit that was ordered. He assured me all is well and completed. Im busy running errands so I took him on his word and didn't check the garment bags (black bags, not translucent so i could've seen it at a glance). Ziad then calls me and asks whats the name on my 2nd suit. Red flag; the suit was for another customer and my suit is still at the store. After failed negotiations for some cheap trinkets, I tell them just refund me so we can all move on. After many attempts to speak with the elusive and disrespectful con artist "Mike" (employee Ziad claimed to not know his managers last name), spoke over me disrespectfully, disregarding the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence Ziad performed, flipping the narrative saying I threatened the employees. So now I am escalating this situation and taking it to their corporate office and the mall headquarters. Do not to business with companies that do not refund their customers, EVEN WHEN THE EMPLOYEES MAKE ENORMOUS MISTAKES IN VOLUME. TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH SHADY PEOPLE. I hope no one else falls victim. I liked the styling the owner did throughout the event, as the cars from Lexus were 'paired' with dressed of the same color and the ensemble was very nice. There is a larger, accessible changing room available as well as a bunch of other smaller changing rooms in the very back of the store. Experience: there was a staff member by the door who greeted me and was friendly. Clothes here are stylish and a little less expensive than the Vans store, but similar prices...still up there a little too high. Selection: they have clothes, hats, jewelry, sunglasses, backpacks, everything you need to look cool.
