The store is located in a nice shopping center with several other businesses nearby, including ice cream shops and other retail stores. This Nordstrom Rack is quite large and has a great selection. I especially loved browsing the home decor section and candles. I found a Sand + Fog candle that was 50% off, which was such a great find. They also carry a lot of smaller items and travel-sized products. My boyfriend picked up a few items, and we noticed a lot of merchandise from brands like TravisMathew at significant discounts. There are definitely plenty of high-end brands available at great prices. They also have an impressive shoe selection. Overall, I really enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack because there are always amazing deals on quality brands. I've now had TWO appointments there, both scheduled in advance, and both times I arrived on time only to wait well over 30 minutes before even being acknowledged properly. In both cases, I eventually received a text saying they were "ready" for me long after my appointment time had already passed. On my most recent visit, I checked in for a 6 PM appointment, was told it would be "about five minutes," then sat waiting while the store was relatively quiet. Once I was finally brought back, I was told the sales associate I had been booked with was unavailable and someone else would step in while she finished another fitting. Then I sat in the fitting room alone for another several minutes with nobody assisting me. The first experience was somehow worse. I checked in, waited, then eventually decided to reschedule because it was obvious the store was overwhelmed. During that process, the employee helping me repeatedly forgot my name despite already checking me in multiple times. Earlier during that same visit, another associate had forgotten the suit sizes, colors, and event deadlines I had already explained. What's frustrating is that this isn't a budget suit shop trying to survive high volume traffic. SuitSupply presents itself as a premium experience, and at these price points, basic organization, punctuality, and attentiveness should be expected. I genuinely like the suits, which makes this even more disappointing. But after multiple appointments with the same issues, the service feels disorganized, inattentive, and far below the standard the brand projects.

I was looking for a new purse ( the two saleswomen were chatting away and glanced at me , and not even a smile back or " Can I help you with something?" ) and because it felt so non welcoming, I decided to shop for my husband in a friendlier department. I was looking for Dolce & Gabbana cologne for my husband ( I recommend the scent called , The One) and was greeted by such a lovely and professional young man. His name is Daniel G and he was so attentive and warm. He radiated simple elegance and kindness. No arrogance, just sincerity. He is most definitely one of a kind and sincere salesperson. It was a refreshing experience! Now my husband is twice as happy since I saved him money ( on not buying the purse) and he received a bottle of his favorite cologne. I hope Daniel's manager reads this, because his sales style felt exactly like what Nordstroms used to feel like years ago. Always grateful for the kindness while making a purchase, big or small.

She has great suggestions for clothing and will be quite honest and say when something isn't the best look or fit and then will recommend other items that typically work better. Post check out, I saw that for some reason the clothes were shipping to my mother's address even though I have never ordered anything from Ann Taylor and had it shipped to my mother ever in my entire life. I am not sure how it happened. None the less, I tried contacting someone right away to get it corrected. 1. Nobody answers the phone. 2. Nobody longs onto the chat to help customers. 3. I texted and someone responded more than 24 hours later that the order number I provided was wrong. Then I sent screenshots to prove that the order number I provided was, in fact, correct. They then responded another more than 24 hours later that there was nothing they could do and told me to contact UPS. There is no UPS tracking number and no label has even been created yet. In my case, I can drive to my mother's house to pick up my order however it is incredibly inconvenient and the least they could have done is not charge me to ship it to the wrong place. I feel like just disputing the changes on my credit card based on principle. What if it was shipped to some random address where I didn't even know the person that lived there?
