They've got a good selection food, including hot dogs and hamburgers, as well as sweets, drinks, chewing gum, etc. Despite the large selection, the quality is not sacrificed and on par if not better than most sit down places. They've got a traditional selection of meat as well as the ground beef of choice for your average americano diner. If you want flour tortillas with ground beef lettuce, cheese, you're covered. Pero si quiere algo mas tradicional, tienen tortillas de maiz, pastor, tripa, lengua, cabeza, etc. They also do breakfast! While this isn't the best Mexican food truck, it's the best Mexican food truck that'll come to your location on Camp Atterbury with a phone call. They often go to the ranges, park by the post exchange, or near the USO. Call in advanced to see where they'll be on any given day. Sometimes they can't make it (they don't leave a spot as long as servicemen are still lining up). I've visited La Poblana more times than I can count, so I've tried almost everything on the menu. Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos, they have it all. This visit, I ordered the Chicken Burrito with a side of chips and guacamole. The burrito was incredible. La Poblana does an incredible job of balancing out each ingredient. There's never too much of each ingredient. It's always just right. The guacamole is so flavorful and tastes amazing with anything you could possibly buy. One of my favorite things about La Poblana is that you get to pick what salsa you want with your meal. I always get a side of both the mild green salsa as well as the spicy red salsa. Both of them are delicious compliments to your meal. Finally, you will never have better customer service. The people who run the La Poblana truck are so incredibly friendly and kind. The empanada had cheese in it, I didn't even ask what the filling was beforehand so I was surprised. All three had birria and cheese and the flavor was authentic. It also came with consume and a Serrano pepper that was spicy and added a nice flavor to the food. This was $16 before tax and I paired it with a medium horchata which was $5 and some change. The items were all comparable in price and they have a few options. It's small but a lot of people ordered to go while we dined in. The music playlist was spot on. The murals are beautiful and it's a chill spot. Street parking available or if you're walking on the monon stop by, it's close and worth it!
