I saw cars park on the left side of the driveway, and the man in the car came back with a bagged order. Then I saw the man get out of his car again, and go back inside. At this point I had been waiting 30 minutes, and had seen the cars on the left side of the driveway receive their orders and leave. I left my parking space and went back to the drive thru window and told the woman at the window I'd like to get my money back. She became flustered and asked for a manager. I'm not going to go into details, as I don't need to spread that negativity. I did receive my money back, after someone tried to hand me half of my order. I know it gets busy, and I understand that. I suggest the manager(s) take charge and recognize when something has gone wrong, and take steps to improve the process.
