Such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel comfortable. I purposely didn't look into the class beforehand because I didn't want to psych myself out. I had zero expectations. I went with a friend and we had SO much fun. It was a full-body workout and somehow I tapped into my inner child sliding around on the machines I still don't know all the terms, but I do know it was a blast. Don't get me wrong it was definitely challenging... but I didn't die hahaha. And can we talk about the socks?! I'm usually a no-show sock girl, but they had the cutest long socks and I think I've officially entered my long-sock era. The studio itself is adorable and super clean...it really sets the scene for what's about to go down. Victoria, the instructor, was amazing. She helped me adjust the resistance and made sure my positioning was right for each exercise, which made such a difference as a first-timer. If you haven't tried this studio yet, give it a shot. Special shoutout to my favorites Julee, Meiyoko, Shannon, and Summer, although honestly they are all great! I am now on their unlimited plan and try to go 4 to 5 times a week. That's how much I love it. I love every instructor I've had, (but I do have my favorites) and they all always grace and modifications, should I need it. As someone who works full-time, has kids in many activities and a very full social calendar I love that I can do this for just me and I feel amazing every time I finish a class. The only negative comment I have is that classes fill up very quickly (I'm not the only one in love!) so it's important to stay on top of scheduling. The positive regarding scheduling is they have 20 to 30 classes a day throughout their Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee locations.

And I am so happy I am making this life style change at The Studio. Pilates group classes are fun--yes fun! While Janice and Krystal push us to dig a little deeper, they also tell us to work at our own pace--which is great when you're new to working out. Pilates is a great work out! I always feel better when I'm done. I also take spinning classes! Amelie is high energy and so much fun!!! She, too, tells us to listen to our bodies and spin to our comfort level.
