Unfortunately that's not true of Bottega Bouqet. The arrangements they make (or at least the one I got) was unattractive, and the business unprofessional, and I have ordered and received a decent number of floral arrangements in my life. I got an arrangement from them for my birthday and the flowers were red, white and blue - is it July 4th or something? (It was not - it was for my birthday. Also the flowers looked like someone had just bought bunches flowers from Trader Joe's and thrown them in a vase, stems and all. Someone could have literally gone to Trader Joe's, put 'em in a vase, thrown a cheap red ribbon on there and brought them over. There was also no card so I didn't know who the flowers were from. I called the business to see who had gotten the flowers for me, left a voicemail and never got a call back. Not a good way to do business. Then after a few days the flowers went bad, so I guess the quality for some very good. And finally the kicker was the cost, apparently this not so nice bouquet cost $300. Definitely not worth the money and not worth patronizing this business. Two stars (instead of one) because at least the flowers weren't dead or wilting when I got them! Other florists I recommend include FlowerBoy Project in Venice or Sonny Alexander Flowers - I'd check those ones out instead!

When I called with questions they were very responsive and knowledgeable. One time I had a problem with a delivery where the recipient was not at home and didn't receive the flowers. I called up and spoke to the owner. Without any debate he immediately offered to redeliver the flowers at his own cost to make sure things were right. I highly recommend not only for the quality of the flowers but the quality of the people you're doing business with.
