The day after service my trike was leaking tranny fluid. I called Pro-Power the mechanic told me to tighten up the tranny plate screws (that he left loose). I had to buy a set of short Allen wrenches to do the job. Never offered for me to bring bike back in; it's now my problem after paying him $600 the day before and him not properly tightening screws. The Yamaha factory demo semi was there giving demo rides and the shop was very busy. I came after 3:00 pm and they were able to get my tire mounted. The shop next door? I have spent well over $1000 dollars on gear and tires in the last year but they couldn't manage to take care of me.

I was able to get an appointment at Restoration Rod's (can't say enough awesome things about them!) I talked to Dustin on the phone and he reassured me that he could get my car into the shop without starting the engine. And did he ever! He had all the right tools to get my car onto his tow truck. In fact, he even made it look easy. The following day, he towed my -- now working -- car back to my house. Dustin's price for these towings were solidly sound...less than I anticipated. To top it off, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
