I have spent well over $1000 dollars on gear and tires in the last year but they couldn't manage to take care of me.

Months later i call to schedule the next service and was told by the manager, no we have no record of this and would not honor what the service manager told me!! How's that for taking care of their customers after the purchase and after their own screw up! This would be bad enough but they got us again... They said sure and then after we got home and reviewed the final numbers and called the other dealer to compare their out-the-door price we discovered that Birds of Prey had added an additional $500 misc. charge to the bill and we ended up paying $500 MORE than the other dealers out the door price!! My issue is this, I went to do a simple tune up, plugs and wires, ive done alot in the automotive industry, no big deal, the plug wire separated, also happens, there are 2 plug wires on my buggy, they do not sell them as a set, each from polaris, is ridiculous in price, and on back order, no after market options I've been able to find, edge, where I paid a stupid amount of money to, said they'd order the parts, it's take care of yer customers first, get them back up and running. I won't give edge or poaris another dollar.
