Fun for the kids but gets crowded We got there right at 10am when they opened and already a line going in. You buy a book of tickets 25 for $38. They have about 10 rides although several were closed/broken. There is a put putt course that costs extra and a snack stand that sells hotdogs, popcorn, drinks. The rides are meant for kids between 1 and about 5. You cannot bring in outside beverages, but can come and go. There is not entrance fee you just pay per ride with the tickets. Worth a trip once for the nostalgia.

This is such a cute park! The size of the place is perfect for the pint-sized crowd, and its eleven rides are geared towards those under 50" in height. Three of the rides are for anyone: the train, the roller coaster, and the carousel. Entry to the park itself and the plentiful parking are free, and the rides are accessed by purchasing tickets at the ticket booth - one ticket per each ride. The rides are a nice variety - in addition to ones mentioned earlier, there are also boats, planes, cars, jeeps, a ferris wheel, pony carts, rocket ships, and a turtle chase. In addition to the rides, there is a mini golf course. There is a cute concession stand with some picnic tables that features a variety of amusement park goodies. The restrooms are in this area, as well, and are clean and well-kept. We had an excellent time here and very much enjoyed our visit!

Generations of us have visited. How wonderful that I am able to share this place with my grandchildren. Never disappoints for lots of laughs and smiles from the kiddos. The only downside is ticket prices have gotten so high, no complaints really with rising prices completely understandable. Wish there was an option for all day wrist bands. Will definitely be back year after year as long as it stays open.

My kids absolutely love it here! It is the perfect size for the 6 and under crowd! About a dozen rides to choose from, a concession stand, miniature golf and room. It is laid out nicely, but also quaint and you can do it within a few hours. You buy ride tickets and they never expire. Parents can ride a few rides with the kids, but most they ride on their own.

5 stars for the Memphis Kiddie Park! You should go here! The only draw back is if you've got dietary restrictions beyond hot dogs, burgers, and other generic concession stand foods -- pack healthy snacks if you plan to be there for several hours. This place is great.

Great family fun time for the little ones, just the right size park 2 to 3hrs we're happy and tired.

Grace in 2018 and her grandmother, Trish, and great aunt, Eileen, sometime in the 50s... Notice that the gun has been removed.

My three-year-old daughter Grace had such a GREAT TIME at Memphis Kiddie Park on Monday... She went on all the rides and especially LOVED the rollercoaster. All the employees were so nice but I would suggest that they were less stressed because we went on a weekday. Bring your young kids here!

The options become more limited once the kiddos hit 50 inches, then they can ride the train, roller coaster, or merry go round only.

The aquarium makes for a great adventure any time, any season, but it is especially great for days that are hot or cold, and if it's rainy or snowing. You can explore the aquarium as a safe, fun outing when you want to get out of the house and the weather isn't cooperating. My husband and I enjoyed visiting over the years, and when we had our baby last year, we knew it would be a great place for her to visit as well! She's now a year old and she gets excited when we take her out of the car and she realizes where she is. While this is not a massive aquarium, it's truly lovely. I grew up in the northeast and went to the Boston Aquarium countless times, I've been to the Mystic Aquarium, and the Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto as well. Is this one comparable at all in scale and size? No. But it isn't trying to be, either. They talk about sustainability, and what they've done with what is available to them in rehabbing the old industrial building is honestly incredible. Can you zoom through the aquarium in 30 minutes? Probably. But why? Take your time and really appreciate being up close and personal with so many different fish species-we especially enjoy the lion fish and snowflake eel tubes (especially trying to find where the eels are poking and peeking out of, my baby always giggles when she sees them at eye level). While there are some smaller exhibits, check them out and really take in what you're seeing. Watch how the animals interact, look at how their scales change in varying light, check out how they interact with YOU as well. You might just be surprised! Also, while there is quite a bit of reading material spread throughout, it's in easy to read and comprehend blocks. We really enjoy the different zones of the aquarium, and one of our family favorites is the entire shark zone area. Sitting in one of the chairs by the tank and just watching the sharks go by or some of the tropical fish or stingrays zoom by is so relaxing! My baby always relaxes and is so soothed in this area. The aquarium hosts different events throughout the year, and we've enjoyed visiting during the Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day events. I like how they'll have fun trivia and decorate to suit the event. My baby enjoyed the divers during Christmas and how they waved and blew bubbles towards her! They also have activity sheets in both English and Spanish, which is great for bilingual families, and for those that may be encouraging and/or teaching either language to their little ones (when my baby is old enough, I'll be using the Spanish one to help her learn new vocab!) The entire aquarium is very clean (including the bathrooms), there is a changing table in the women's room, and the staff is very pleasant and kind to interact with. I also want to point out that while we often come here as a family, I also bring my baby on my own and have always felt very safe being there with just the two of us.

The aquarium did not have a lot of different species to view and learn about.. It was quite limited.. the entry fee is way too much for the little amount to see. The part we did enjoy the most was the shark tank. The sharks were pretty big and impressive..

Everything is padded and the setup looks really safe so I felt comfortable letting my three year old go in the play gyms by himself while I watched from my seat. My son is infamous for getting stuck or needing help but he was able to navigate the entire place without calling out for help once. Meanwhile my baby had a blast in the toddler area. The setup is really well thought out. I could sit in the middle and see my 3 year old in the gym and my daughter in the toddler area at the same time. I love how they designated an area for toddlers because it helps ensure the babies don't get run over by the bigger kids on a busy day. The toddler area is off to the side so it's unlikely bigger kids will run through there while playing. The man working the desk was extremely nice and attentive. Snacks and drinks are fairly priced. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We'll definitely be back. I can't think of even one negative thing to say.

Parents could go up and down the structure. The bubble: water room was our favorite. We worked on our engineering skills to keep the balls moving as well enjoyed seeing them fly high in the air. There is a toddler/baby room for those little ones who can't quite enjoy everything this place to offer. For this area, you need to take your shoes off and only wear socks. Sometimes there are shoe covers available, but I wouldn't count on it. I continued to renew my pass because as my child got older, he loved this place even more. He always has so much energy so I needed to find a place that would keep him busy indoors, especially during our winter months. The bubble room is definitely our favorite room because we get to play with bubbles together. There are areas for water play as well. This truly engages their creativity so they would need to build things within the water to have it travel farther along with balls being shot up in the air. There is an area for those kids who just want to enjoy books in a little cubby and those who want to play pretend theater. Sometimes we go into the one area where the pretend store and kitchen is and my son will go grocery shopping and cook something for me. It's truly a great place to keep your kids active and engaged.
