We ended up leaving this bar because the service was so bad. You cannot see this place from the main road. You have to go into the parking lot of a strip mall to see this place. This is a smoking bar and the smell of smoke is thick. They have $3 shots and I enjoyed a couple of those. I think there were 3 Olives Vodka, Jager, Goldschagger, and something lemon. There were only two parties here and one of them was mine. The bartender completely ignored us and did not take our order. He was serving the other table. I went to the bar to place a drink order and go back to my table. He called out to me that he could make the drink now. All this so he wouldn't have to walk to my table. I use to come here for poker. Then came here for karoke when Wind Jammer closed last year. I found it to be ok for a short time being. But I was turned off by the lack of space downstairs & found it a little bit crowded and dull. They do offer an upstairs area that's a lot larger more equipped to hold events like karoke & poker. Which doesn't seem to be utilized much & should be used a bit more. It would be a lot more fun to enjoy entertainment in a spacious area over then being crowded & trying to find a seat. I really don't find it great for Football as I like to watch multiple games on other screens. I do really enjoy the grill as they offer a nice selection of bar classic favorites. I had the chicken strips with fries which I would consider order again. But with all the other classics it's hard to choose. I almost gave Sports Pub 3 over the upstairs not being utilized enough for weekend entertainment. This establishment has the potential has to be the most entertaining sports bar in the neighborhood. But utilization more of the upstairs would make this place my 2nd home i'd spend noon to close in almost everyday. read more

First and foremost, this is a smoking bar, so if you have an issue with cigarette smoke, this isn't the place for you. It's probably one of the last if not THE last smoking bar left in the Memphis area. My husband and I came in with one of his friends the other night and were welcomed in like we were family. The hospitality we experienced from the bartender was second to none and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. From what I've noticed, they have quite a bit of space there and quite a few televisions so this would be the ideal place to watch the game while having a beer. The table by us was occupied by what I presumed to be regulars because they sounded like they were having the time of their lives. Overall, very pleasant place and we will be back here again. Restrooms are clean. Bar in itself is a dive bar but is the cleanest and most "put together" ones I've ever been in. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that our table was a bit wobbly and the chairs weren't the most comfortable, but it's a small price to put for good service. I'm excited to try the food there next time we're there. Prices are also VERY fair. read more

This is a genuinely great place to enjoy a pint (or pitcher). Both are really affordable and the selection is impressive. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is relaxed. They do karaoke on Saturday nights. Anyone who used to frequent Windjammer will feel at home here. I have driven by this establishment many times over, and never truly considered coming here, as the name of the establishment is quite bland. However, upon glowing recommendation from one of my coworkers, I decided to give this one a try. I am remorseful I judged this book by its cover. This place had essentially everything I was looking for in a sports bar. It was clean, prices reasonable, big screen TVs everywhere, and a friendly staff to boot. I tried the chicken strips, wings, cheese sticks, and potato skins. All of which were solid; far better than you would expect at a bar. My only two minor gripes at this place where that the chairs were slightly uncomfortable for a larger individual like myself, and the ceilings are quite low. The latter would probably not bother most, but I am slightly claustrophobic, so there you go. Overall, I was blown away by my experience here and will likely be back in the very near future. read more

My first time, Unless you're a regular expect to get ignored, a real dive. We waited 36 mins before someone finally came to our table, I timed it. After waiting 15 mins we went to the bar to get our own beers. We were repeatably ignored and when we asked for anything we were told by the man at the bar that he "just got there and just give him a minute!" Everyone around us was talking between tables and seem to all know each other (regulars), they had no problem getting service, if anything they were over attentive to them while saying nothing to us. You couldn't pay me to go back, Ill take my money somewhere with staff that understand what service is about. This is a great place to watch a football game I counted about 10 TVs in the downstairs area. It is more a hole in the wall type of place nothing fancy here but I enjoyed my day of watching football here. I did not make it upstairs but I was told there were more TV's and more comfortable seating; but you have to get your own drinks downstairs. If you are a tall person you may want to try upstairs because the ceiling is really low downstairs for some reason Chris is about 6'4 and he was just cutting it close on hitting his head lol We ordered the sausage cheese plate and hot wings. All the food was good; it was not the best ever but still good snacks for watching a game; I was told the burgers are really good. The service was great one woman was working the bar and serving everyone downstairs and she was super friendly and on it!! Now, the only draw back for me is the smoking...it was bad. I mean I smelled smoke on me even after a shower and into the next day. This is the one thing that will keep me from going here all the time. This was by far the worst place I have been to in a long time! They must be under new management because I watched the Alabama vs Notre Dame National Championship game there a couple years ago and they were fine! But now the sports pub is TERRIBLE! 1) When I sat down the waitress rude and expected for me to know what channel my game was on even though I have no clue who their cable provider is. 2) The Chicken wasn't cooked at all... I had to send it back! 3) The waitress continuously cussed and said the cook sucks because he can not understand English 4) When we finally got our checks the waitress reaches over me (pushing me from behind) and SNATHES the receipts. The Worst part of it was she left her deodorant stain on the shoulder of my shirt. Disgusting! This is done without an apology. I will never go back to this place ever. Real bar not kids having ice cream. $3.25 longnecks and they are even lower when ordered in bucket of four. Shots of Jagermeister and Fireball just $2.25. You can smoke here. Terrific mozzerella sticks with marinara at $6.25. Type of joint you might find in midtown or by the university but little further on the east side in a nice neighborhood with all kinds of adjacent amenities. Sharing the building with a bank and the parking lot with eastgate shopping also means there are security guards patroling the lot so you will not likely have to deal with panhandlers or feel in the least threatened when going to or from your car. If u r looking to go vegan or take cute selfies its not the place. However, if you want a quick beer or to relax for 4 hours watching a game it is one of the best bangs for your buck. The bartenders are good people you will not have to wait with an empty for long. Televisions everywhere, some arcade games, also a couple trivia machines.
