Best Menard's for avoiding crowds on black friday; fun using the DIY key cutting machine.

My mother's washing machine went out, and a technician from another company said it couldn't be fixed. I called Beeson's around 930 in the morning and Mom had a new washer within 6 hours. The crew - Joey and Caleb - were absolute outstanding; professional, competent, positive, respectful, and very careful with her home and the unit they were installing. First load of laundry run through the unit was fast and perfect. Will choose Beeson's for all my appliance needs in the future.

I had no problem with the fact that it had a couple of minor scratches and dents on it when I looked at it. I was unable to see the back or the side at the time of purchase. I paid cash and was told that the full warranty was still valid and if I had trouble with it they would bring me a new replacement. It was delivered to my home in a truck on its side and plugged in immediately, which is a no-no. Immediately the icemaker did not work then lights started going out . then the refrigerator was not cooling properly and within less than three weeks we have a dead $3000 refrigerator. Beesons nor Frigidaire are doing anything about it. They say they they're going to buy it back but Beeson's is saying Frigidaire needs to buy it back. I gave Beeson my money, not Frigidaire. DO NOT buy anything from these people. They are no longer the hometown Mark and Bill that use to own Beeson's!! The new owners are The Shuee's. They also own stores in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne buyer beware please share this information with everyone you know.

I really appreciate that they tried to understand my feelings and worked diligently for a satisfying experience for the customers. Original post on 5/19: Wish I read the Yelp reviews before I did service with them. TERRIBLE experience indeed. Please avoid. My fridge leaked during Christmas and I called the technician in. charged $225 in total. Told me the issue was with the braided water supply line and changed it. Also spotted issue with a brown water supply line so cut off the end and reattached it. My fridge leaked once again three months later. Another tech came in and told me it was not due to their staff's fault so would not cover for it. This time told me it was due to another clear supply line. Also recommended me to change the fan and motor. This time charged $517.28. I did everything and yes, the issue still wasn't fixed. It was leaking AGAIN. Now telling me the issue is with the valve that connects all the water supply lines. Charging another $161.40. I'm so done with it. I proceeded with the service only because I wanted to trust the technicians. I was very disappointed and frustrated. They never fixed anything. They just come in and point to more issues. Very unprofessional.

On the positive side the technician was on time and appeared knowledgeable in completing the repair. Also lowering my evaluation is the insane number of emails and texts I received in regard to this repair: 18 and still counting! Just because you can send a text or email for free doesn't mean you should or have to!

On a Wednesday, I had a repair person come out to my house to look at my stovetop. The repair…read moreperson said a new burner and igniter were necessary. I agreed to the parts order, paid for the parts and services, and scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. All parts ordered were received by Friday. Monday rolled around and I checked the text to see when the repair person might arrive, only to learn that my appointment had been scheduled for next Monday. Fine. I waited until the next Monday, checked the text, and found my repair was rescheduled for the following Monday. I called the help service number, spoke to AI, and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. The next day, I checked the text, and found the appointment had been rescheduled for the next Monday. I have already paid for the service and received the parts and can not get ahold of anyone to confirm why my appointment keeps getting rescheduled or when it will occur. This service is atrocious and borders on scam-like. Update: A repair person came out on the date rescheduled the third time, and the service was performed satisfactorily. However, when the technician left, he noted that a part was ordered that was not used, and stated it is mine. I went to look up how to return the part and typed in the SKU for the part on the Sears website. I saw that the part was currently "on sale" for $28.67, down from $34.67. I looked at how much was charged to me for the part when initially ordered during the first visit, and confirmed I paid $60.92. Both technicians were friendly and professional, but what an absolute racket to order a part for $60.92 that is not used, and then find out the part costs $34.67 on the website. Maybe the total cost I paid included expedited shipping, but that's really frustrating when the repair date was rescheduled to two weeks later than the originally scheduled repair date. So, if this assumption is true, I paid for expedited shipping that was not needed because of rescheduling not approved by me. Stay far away from this service. Go local.

I bought them all from another company in Highland, but when the washer broke a few weeks back, they were useless in terms of helping, since it was out of warranty. We decided to shop local so went to Fase-Kaluf. Maria helped us when we first looked by showing us machines in our price range. When we were pains and said we were going home to check out the consumer reports on the different models, she was not salty about it. And when we came back in 2 days to buy a machine, she was helpful again, both in helping us make the purchase and in scheduling delivery. It was delivered in 2 days, and has been delighting my husband ever since. (It's an LG this time, and sings a little song when it starts and stops. Cute, right?) I will gladly choose this company next time we have an issue with an appliance, and wish I had done so when we needed those big-ticket items (fridge, washer and dryer) when we first moved in. Won't be going back to that other store in NWI ever again. Fase-Kaluf is our new go-to. Friendly staff. Good products. A+

I was told my order would arrive in two weeks, which sounded great, but that's when the headaches began. No one called to say there was a delay--I had to call multiple times just to make sure my microwave would arrive so my contractors could keep working. I kept following up to confirm delivery, and when the time came, they said my microwave was in but didn't mention that the stove had arrived too. I had to push for both to be delivered together. As for the dishwasher I ordered at the same time, it's been delayed three times, and no one ever reaches out. Every time I call for an update, I'm told they'll text me when delivery is scheduled. At one point, they even asked if I wanted them to contact our rep--really? I get told not to yell when I haven't even raised my voice yet, though by now I guess I am. This is our third delay, and they keep blaming it on the fact that I ordered black stainless steel. If that's the case, why does APT's website say it's available in a week, and Home Depot in two? I tried to shop locally, but all it's gotten me is frustration. I've purchased from them before and had a great experience, but this time it's left me regretting the decision entirely.
