The staff that was working there didn't say anything to us until we asked if it's possible to try a flavor. They told us no. There was only one cup size and the froyo was a little on the softer side. The original flavor was good. I liked that there were a wide variety of toppings, however, the fruit looked bruised and old. They also had several syrups which was nice. Went here with the date this past Tuesday. This place seems to be very popular as most of the yogurt had run out by this time (7 PM). I guess it's because everyone's out enjoying yogurt since school's out for the summer. The employees did not greet us as we entered; they only talked amongst themselves. Usually there's either a greeting or a question asking if one's been here before. Yup. Got nothing. Don't think we even got an acknowledgement. Stopped by here couple of hours ago with my gf after dinner for a little snack. Since we love to stuff our faces. This location is kept very clean and the staff is very helpful. Love the flavors and toppings they offer. They featured a pumpkin flavor for the month with was excellent! As me and my gf were at the toppings station. I also took notice how clean everything was and there wasn't any sprinkles or what not spilled all over the counters which is a big plus.You would say that every frozen yogurt place is the same and has the same things but not really. Stopped here with a friend and their kid. Pricing was fair. They have a decent variety of flavors and amazing selection of toppings. It was just us and one employee. I like that they have a separate room/section for families to sit in, but I felt like it was so dirty! I felt bad for my friends kid - sitting around and the seats were sticky and crumbs on the backs of the seats. Place needs help and some deep cleaning to do. read more

Fun location, great environment! They have tons of flavors to choose from. The upside and downside to this is that their flavors are frequently changing. It can be hard if you fall in love with a flavor that they retire in exchange for a new one, but there are so many to choose from that you'll still be satisfied. This place has gone to crap. Went in the other night and the ice cream was melted and legit chocolate water. When you finally found a flavor that wasn't melted it took about 5 minutes to come out of the machine. Not to mention the toppings were old and stale. Smelled like body odor in this location the second I walked in, I'm not sure if it was a customer or the place it's self either way it's gross. However the little teenage girl at cash register has a huge attitude problem very short very rude and could care less about how I felt. My card was having a hard time inserting and the machine wasn't reading my chip while I'm trying to fix the problem so she can tend to other people behind me in line she snatched MY card out of my hand and tried it herself without saying one word. I'm usually a very patient and kinda person however when I was done with my transaction I told the little girl that she did not have to be rude.. she said nothing in response. Was just on her phone texting! Horrible employees! The owner should clean house! Yesterday I went to Publix after to work to grab some chicken for dinner and to my surprise Menchie's was finally opened! After grabbing some grocery's I decided to check it out. The interior is a nice cool green with a circular counter in the middle of the store displaying a large variety of frozen yogurt. Like other FroYo places this shop is self serve and they had really interesting and exotic flavors. They had plenty of sample cups for you to sample any of the yogurts before making a decision (which I like). I hate when you have to ask someone at the counter for sample cups. Anyway, I tried the Guava Lime Sorbet which was absolutely amazing I am a huge fan of Guava to begin with but the sorbet wasn't that sweet which I liked. On to the yogurt....I sampled the green apple just ok, next I tried the raspberry which was a little sweet for my taste so I tried the pomegranate raspberry tart and it was other worldly. The tart mix of pomegranate & the hint of sweetness in the raspberry was the perfect treat! They had the regular amount and kinds of toppings ranging from candies, to cereal, and of course my favorite, fruit. This place is a lot like the other yogurt shops in the area using a scale to determine payment. Also, the spoons are a bit weird they kind of made me feel like I was a child eating baby food with their huge cartoon character handles. My favorite part though was that the girl at the counter gave me a free Menchie's Magnet; score! And the fact that the yogurt was delicious. My least favorite part was the obscene amount of screaming and misbehaving children and judging by the fliers for this Friday's events at Menchie's that is the kind of crowd they are trying to market to. I like this place but will definitely make sure to go at odd hours to avoid the kid drama. read more

Good stuff had by all... so the new fro-yo place next to Publix opened up last week and my 11 year old daughter & I went in to check it out. It's all self serve, with ample opportunity to try before you buy. I tried the guava-lime sorbet first... ewww it tasted like a flower candle. The Mango sorbet was Fantabulous though! They have a great variety of tart & sweet, plus the bonus... you can make a twist! I finally went with the cookies & cream fro-yo with oreo pieces.... yummy! Beware of the giant bowl they give you, it is priced by weight ($0.44/oz) so they want you to go overboard. They also have tons of fresh fruit, so one really could be good in here... or go with the cookies your choice. There is something for everyone. The place is nice & clean. This Menchie's is super clean and the staff is friendly. They let you sample as many flavors as you'd like before choosing what to fill your cup with. I think their selection of flavors and toppings is just right: enough to please but not so much to be overwhelming. (This comes in handy when you're trying to help kids make a decision.) They have froyo cakes and pre-filled bulk containers of frozen yogurt available in a freezer to purchase and take to go as well. It's a great fun place to get a refreshing treat. Just went in for the first time with my husband and niece and we heard, "hi welcome to Menchie's!" And that was it. Two girls who work there were talking to each other and two other customers (who looked like their friends) but didn't say anything else to us. Not a dog friendly place!! The frozen yogurt there is good but when I went on 8/4/18 at 5pm the girl who worked seemed to really hate her job. She didn't greet anyone, as I checked out I asked for tap water since I was also thirsty and she said 'no we don't have tap water and you will have to pay'. I had brought my two dogs with me and now they have to buy them bottles water?? Never been to a place that did that! After that it was difficult for me to enjoy my experience. By the time I finished, I grabbed a cup and made it clear to her I was going to the restroom to get tap water for my dogs and that I wasn't paying for it. This is our favorite fro-yo place in the area. The place is lively and colorful. Staff has always been pleasant. Their flavors are awesome, vary frequently, and are unique. Pricing is about average for fro-yo. The only thing that would make it better is if they had mochi as a topping! read more

I love come here since they have opened and I truly love this place. But yesterday I was blown away with an amazing job the girl working had done. My boyfriend and I had our dogs and had taken turns going in for our yogurts and in times of us going in this employee brought a bowl out for us without having to be ask and was just amazingly nice. This particular Menchies has been empty the last few times we have gone. Tonight we stopped by and immediately noticed the front glass was very dirty, trash was overflowing, and food was on the floor. The ice cream selection was low and there was drippings on all the trays and down the wall and on the counters. If you use the restroom you will need to use the roll of paper towels on the back of the toilet because the dispenser machine is broken. The employees were sitting at the tables on their phones. This place has really been going downhill. When we first started going, I would have given it 5 stars. Our last few visits have been terrible. Store is very dirty inside. Apathetic employees who don't seem to want to be there, much less help keep the store clean. Fresh fruit hardly available. The last time we came in, dirty paper towels at the bottoms of the machines that just looked dirty and gross. Great ice cream!!!! Great service!!!! I really had a WOW experience today! The pool closed down because of thunder and we decided to go for ice cream. My son didn't have a shirt and instead of telling us to leave, one of the girl gave him a tshirt from the store for him to keep!!!!
