Dropped nearly $80 and the kids were over looking at the toppings, not even touching anything and the attendant screamed across the store and told them to stop eating the food. Menchie's is the BEST! I love that you can pick your size. Even the small ice creams at other stores are too big so I love that I can control the size and not feel like I'm wasting any food or money. The toppings are amazing. They have SO many options! Everything is fresh and delicious, nothing tastes old or stale. The customer service is great and you can taste the frozen yogurt before you decide what you want. It's also not on Daley expensive like other "build your own ice cream" places. There is plenty of seating and lots of drinks to choose from if you get thirsty. They also have cakes and even slices of cake for a good to-go option. My kids are obsessed with this place. Not the best experience and let's face it, going to get frozen yogurt is mostly about the experience since it's outrageously overpriced. The staff didn't say many words to us but did help when we asked. While sitting there, someone walked in and apparently knew one of the workers. Hung out for a bit and then proceeded to stick his hand in the candy to sample a few items. Pretty disgusting since we had just used the spoon to get those same treats. This Menchie's is great! Staff was quick to make more stroopwafels when we said we were hoping for them. In all honesty, they weren't good stroopwafels, but they went through the effort to make them for us quickly! They have a bunch of flavors, testing cups, and so many toppings! They even sometimes have popping boba. My personal favorite was the Oreo froyo this last time, and a little marshmallow topping made it all the happier. read more

Jennifer made a BEAUTIFUL birthday cake for my 25th birthday. We went in 2 days before and she was so sweet and helpful and patient! She answered all my questions and made the process super easy. When we went to pick up the cake, again, she was so sweet and professional and showed me the cake to make sure I was happy with it. Menchie's is always a great place to go for a treat~ I love the interior design and cleanliness of the store. The bright and cheery colors inside make it a very pleasant experience. Also they have some great products there like dole whipped float and decorated froyo cakes along with many froyo options to choose from. Today I got coconut froyo and grasshopper (a mint chocolate froyo). The froyo tasted great as always. This Menchie's also has some cute mascot plushies, toys, and clothes to purchase as well. For some reason I always like that they have merchandise of their cute mascot :) What personally impressed me about this particular Menchie's is that they had a water bowl in front of the store for any thirsty dogs that may pass through during the hot summer days. My girlfriend says there needs to be better directions on the machines, she made a real mess.

First time at this location. The shop was very clean; the two cashiers were diligently wiping up spills and refreshing the toppings. It was fairly busy around 9:30 pm but tables were aplenty as most people just came in for their treat and continued walking to their various destinations. My 8 year old was thrilled at all the candy options, but it was I who tried two different ice cream cups. The first was a traditional chocolate/vanilla twist with mini M&Ms, mini Reese's Pieces and caramel sauce. The second was Strawberry Kiwi with pineapple chunks, strawberries, kiwis, strawberry and mango popping boba, and passion fruit sauce. Both cups were delicious but the second is why you should go to Menchie's. Chocolate fro yo and sprinkles can be had anywhere. I feel what makes Menchie's shine here is that the variety extends beyond the usual. You should definitely give this place a go if you're by the Junction. read more

I'm writing this as a way to give recognition to the employee working at the time of our visit. We came in this past Friday night and she was working the FOH. She welcomed each guest in with a smile. The place was very neat and clean and this location is lucky to have such a hard worker. She literally picked up each table and chair and wiped down 100% of the surface. After closing preparations were near completion, the place quickly filled up with close to twenty people just 13 minutes prior to closing. Most young employees would be irritated by the sudden rush so close to closing, but her smile got even bigger. Job well done! btw.. the coconut crunch yogurt was amazing. read more

We were there at 8:30 tonight and the doors were locked. People were sitting inside, they felt bad as my 7 year old started crying because he couldn't get in to get ice cream. I tried the door too. Called as we drove away, staff did not know what their hours were and when I said the doors were locked they said maybe it was wind. Sadly, yogurt and ice cream don't like me nearly as much as I like them, so this review is largely based on the service and the company more than their product. I tend to avoid ice cream parlors myself, but I do occasionally get dragged along with friends and family. That said, I've had one Birthday Cake flavored dish and it really was great. I wish I could judge them on more than that one experience, though. Those that I've been here with have raved about their offerings. I know a couple that are weekly visitors. This locations involvement with the local community is really top-notch. When you shop here your money is going to support local schools and clubs for youth in the Ogden community. I'm grateful to have them as a part of our community and hope that they continue to see the value of supporting our youth! read more

I can't remember the name of the girl working at the time but I must say it was the sweetest most genuine customer service I've received in a long long time. She was a happy to be working there and willing to help and explain every aspect of making the greatest froyo on earth! Haha.
