I feel bad for them because it's obviously family owned and they're trying. Hoping they can improve their service, speed and taste. They could literally get pretzels from Sam's Club and reheat them and they'd be better. The pretzel bites are small. Some were overcooked, some were raw. They've only been open for a month or so. Maybe it'll get better but it really made me miss Auntie Anne's...

The site was easy to use and the pretzels where ready when we got there to pick them up. The lady who gave us the pretzels wasn't super friendly. She wasn't rude or anything but basically just handed us the bag as soon as we walked in and didn't say much. I would have liked some friendly conversation. We ordered four pretzels and an order of pretzel dogs. We were surprised that the pretzels are not actually pretzel shaped. They are long and straight. They are big, though! One is enough for two people to share for sure! They were good but almost seemed a little doughy and didn't have that soft pretzel taste. I wish that my salted pretzel had a little more salt but it was good and we would visit again. I want to go back and try the soup someday. The price is great for the size of pretzel you get. I hope they can stick around. We'll try again for sure.

Ugh. This is probably some of the worst customer service I've ever received…read more It's a given that you buy a pretzel when going to the mall. It's just part of the shopping experience, right? I love pretzels but I won't be going back to this location. The service is TERRIBlE. I have been to this location probably 3-4 times in the last 9 months and it is always bad. This last weekend was the worst because not only did I get terrible service but the pretzel was awful. Burnt and dry and barely any butter or salt. We ended up throwing it away. I was so mad. I'm still bad I spent money on that discussing thing. The manager or shift leader, Leeann is so incredibly rude. She treats the customers like crap. She acts like she couldn't be more bothered by the fact that you are buying a pretzel. I was getting napkins when a young girl, probably 12, stepped to the counter after me and asked if she could get a cup of water. She had a receipt showing she had purchased a pretzel earlier and just needed a cup of water. Leeann told her "there's a fountain around the corner." I watched the interaction as the girl tried to explain that she had just bought a pretzel and just needed a drink of water. Leeann was seriously so rude to her. I felt bad for the girl. Leeann finally gave her a cup but not until after she was a total jerk. This entire store needs an overhaul. Get rid of the rude employees and make the pretzels right. I won't be back to visit because the service sucks and the pretzels aren't far behind that.

Not only was that annoying, but the nacho cheese was OLD. Like, I couldn't even dip my pretzels in it because it was so thick and it smelt terrible. I don't recommend this place. Easily the best veggie pizza I have ever had. My husband tried the German special of the night and absolutely loved it (I won't try to spell the name because I'll completely slaughter it, but it was incredible!). ‍ The Service: It was our first time here, and our waitress, Moni, made it unforgettable. She was vibrant, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about welcoming first-timers. Pro-Tip on Timing: We arrived around 5:00 PM, which was perfect. Seating in the lower restaurant is limited, and by the time we left, there was a long line out the door waiting to get in. Get here early! We left completely full and excited to return. We will definitely be back!

It was packed with flavor! If you like pretzels, make sure to order the pretzel and dips. I liked the cheese base dip while my husband slightly liked the mustard one more. Both paired very well with the pretzel. I ordered the Caipirinha from the drink menu and I loved it. If you have a hankering for lime, then this drink is for you. The dessert....oh my gosh! We ordered the Apfelstrudel and would get it again next time. Everything was on point from the texture to the flavor! One appetizer, two drinks, two entrees, and one dessert was a little over $100 pre-tip. It's a little pricey for us, but we don't go out to eat often. I'm really hoping one of these days I can try their brunch!

The lady taking my order said I could save money by ordering a combo (two large pretzel bites, 1 drink, and two cheese sauces). I thanked her for saving me a few dollars and I paid the total which was $17.90. When my food came out, there were only 2 containers and they were different sized. The large had salted pretzels and the regular size also had salted. When I said we were missing the cinnamon ones, the lady said she put them in the bottom of the cup. I was in a hurry to get home, so I just said "thank you" and left. I'm not sure why she did that, I thought maybe it was my fault at first, but I had made it clear that I wanted 2 large and 1 regular. I got 1 large and a regular that was half and half. UPDATE: I definitely got ripped off. There were zero cinnamon pretzel bites in the bottom of the cup. I'm usually understanding, but I'm pretty mad. I'm frustrated and feel like I got ripped off.

I knew from the parking lot this place was a winner. Once inside, it had a welcoming atmosphere and people inside were all having a good time. This brewery features Lager Beers crafted using traditional Bavarian/European methods...thus I had to try one...two...maybe more. Luckily there was a ton of delicious looking food on the menu from the expected pizzas and wings to the old world treats like beef stroganoff, goulash and schnitzal. Everything is made from scratch and I couldn't help looking at all the neighboring tables to get an idea of what to try. Our waitress Ashley was really helpful and checked if the pesto was made with nuts as we have peanut and tree nut allergies in our family. Luckily there were no pine nuts or other substitutes and we could safely have it! We ended up getting quite a feast of plates and then topped it off with two desserts- the bread pudding and the German chocolate cake (couldn't come to a family agreement so had to get both!). Thanks Bohemian Brewery for the excellent time!

We had the pork shank and the chicken schnitzel. The pork shank came with spatzle and red cabbage-excellent dish. The chicken schnitzel was pretty good. It had a fresh taste to it and even a little lemon-y, which didn't make the fried cutlet taste too rich. It came with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. The veggies were your basic steamed veggies, but the dish was overall good. Service was great-server was attentive and the manager came around as well to check on us. I think it would be fun to come here for Oktoberfest, since the inside has a good ambiance.
