We ordered four pretzels and an order of pretzel dogs. We were surprised that the pretzels are not actually pretzel shaped. They are long and straight. They are big, though! One is enough for two people to share for sure! They were good but almost seemed a little doughy and didn't have that soft pretzel taste. I wish that my salted pretzel had a little more salt but it was good and we would visit again. I want to go back and try the soup someday. The price is great for the size of pretzel you get. This last weekend was the worst because not only did I get terrible service but the pretzel was awful. Burnt and dry and barely any butter or salt. We ended up throwing it away. I was so mad. I'm still bad I spent money on that discussing thing. The manager or shift leader, Leeann is so incredibly rude. She treats the customers like crap. I was getting napkins when a young girl, probably 12, stepped to the counter after me and asked if she could get a cup of water. We're staying in South Jordan and visited Bohemian Brewery in Midvale for dinner after getting checked into and dropping our bags off at our hotel. The brewery is easy to find but the entrance into the parking lot can be easier to miss. We walked inside and were seated immediately since it wasn't busy for a Thursday night. Along with some outdoor seating, additional seating can be found upstairs if it gets really busy. They have lots of alcohol choices and a massive cocktail list; their spring/summer cocktail list is available now. One cocktail they have I thought was clever was The Ghost of Burt Reynolds. We ordered a beer flight that consisted of the following beers; Cherny Bock (Czech black lager), Noble Hefeweizen (German-style Hefe), Bohemian Weiss (unfiltered wheat lager), and Viennese Amber (malty amber lager). Out of all these, my favorites were the Noble Hefeweizen and the Viennese Amber beers. For food, I got the Margherita pizza and my LTP got the Reuben sandwich with fries on the side. We had just completed a nearly six hour long drive to Utah from Nevada and I ended up finishing the entire pizza, which is a rare thing for me to do when I go out to eat. My LTP, on the other hand, who ALWAYS finishes everything on his plate, was the complete opposite. He could only finish one part of his sandwich and half his fries before deciding to take it back with him. I really enjoyed the European-style feel of this place. The interior is very similar to that of a ski lodge, complete with a fireplace in the downstairs dining area. I would love to come back to Bohemian Brewery during our next trip to Utah.
