The age old problem of finishing your shake before your food comes. This is a problem Iceberg doesn't seem to recognize. Just make sure you get a water cup. The dining room was completely empty and it wasn't a super inviting place to eat. There were some boxes left out and some tables unprepared for opening. I had a burger and tots and both were well cooked, but in need of seasoning. My black raspberry shake was fine, but not something I'd go out of the way for. There is a solid selection of shakes so it might be worth going back just to try more. read more

I'd much rather post a positive review than negative but here goes. After emailing iceberg directly about what we encountered and receiving no response, I decided to post this review. Not only is the place consistently dirty, but apparently there is no dress code. This young man may be a great kid, I'm not attacking him personally, but maybe an adult could have counseled him on proper dress. I guess it's cool now days for young men to show their butt, but maybe not at work when dealing with the public. read more

The grandkids said they wanted "Sushi & a milkshake" which is tough to find. I did it by going to a cheap sushi place near iceberg Drive Inn, then walking to Iceberg for the shakes. So all I can review are the shakes. They were very large - the "kid" size was as big as most "large" shakes. And they were fine. Nothing amazing, but it's not like most people want to trailblaze when getting a shake. read more

We ordered two shakes. They messed up one of our shakes 3 times. We don't mind waiting but it honestly took quite awhile. They finally gave us the right shake but it tasted like metal. We tried them again in the same week at the state fair. Found out it was this location that owns the food truck. We didn't get any of our toppings we asked for and it was hardly mixed. Unfortunately, this has been the last time we will ever visit this location. 1- the gal doing the cashier assignment, is completely void of personality, which I don't necessarily fault her for that however, if you ask her to do anything, or fix an order that she screwed up, she has zero empathy. When told there was an issue with the order, she just said "ok" She does not care and she makes the experience here miserable. The food tonight was terrible. The fries were cold. The burgers were wrong, were definitely microwaved, the veg on the burgers were nuked, sloppy, completely soggy, and I paid for pastrami (#3) , and got a cheeseburger (#1). If the burger had been semi tasty, I would be letting it go. This is not even the first time that this location has been awful. Food, and service wise. I'm fairly certain it was the same gal working evening shift tonight, 2/11/25 ) that made the last two visits just.. so frustrating. Someone, management, anyone - please teach her about customer service. I was craving a sweet treat and saw that this place has rave reviews. That's all I needed to stop by! This is a casual spot where you order at the register and they call your name out when your order is ready. We ordered a mini mocha shake with Reese's and a mini cookies and cream shake. The girls working were really nice and patient since it was our first time. They whipped up our shakes in record time. Another bonus is the shake size, a mini was MASSIVE. I barely made a dent in mine. Price was super reasonable. As for the shake itself, it was just okay. Maybe the mocha flavoring wasn't the best choice? I would skip it and just try a classic flavor if I returned. We didn't try any food, so maybe that is where they shine too. read more

No soap in the bathroom, they forgot our shake, the food mediocre, serve not any better.

Recovering from surgery and not wanting to cook, I ordered Iceberg food for the family thru GrubHub on Friday Sept 27th. Two combo meals, two shakes, and one grilled cheese and one burger for a whopping $81.94. Lesson learned. But both orders of Onion Rings were burned and should never have left the food prep area. I called just to make the manager aware. I was greeted by a recorded message that their phones were busier than usual during this "Covid 19 outbreak" and could only leave a message. I asked for a call back which never came and offered to send pictures so I suppose posting my pictures here will send a more clear message. read more

In the mood for ice cream and husband wanted something savory. Decided Iceberg would be a good option. I was pleasantly surprised that the cheeseburger tasted very good. Fries were great too, came out hot crispy and fresh. I ordered the kid size portion shake and it was plenty for me. Def would come back here for snacks and treats. read more

The service in general was ok. The line to order was huge and the cashier was fast and attentive. The servers were less attentive, maybe cause they were really busy. We ordered a large grasshopper shake with extra Oreos and a large Snickers shake. The snickers was super good with lots of chocolate pieces and crunchiness. In the other end, the grasshopper shake was lacking Oreos. It was almost closing time, the floors were extremely sticky and dirty. The soda machine area was a total mess. This location looks new and have plenty of parking since is inside a strip mall. read more

I've been meaning to try an Iceberg shake for a while now, and I finally stopped in and got one today. My shake was delicious, and huge! I ordered a "mini" shake, which came in an enormous cup that would probably be a medium or large at other shake places. I went for a caramel shake and it was very caramel-y. Definitely did not slack on the flavoring. The decor inside the restaurant is cute and cozy and has an old-timey diner feel. The employee who took my order was smiley and friendly and she brought out my shake within just a couple minutes. Pretty sure I'll be back to Iceberg next time I'm craving a shake. read more

We have been going on shake runs to this location for years. Last night we finally decided - the shakes aren't that good any more. We try different flavors each time thinking we may find the right one, but we're tired of being disappointed. They're big, for sure, but the flavor is just not good, especially at that price. I don't remember Iceberg's menu being this limited but since I just came for the ice cream it wasn't a huge deal. My daughter was happy with her corn dog and fries, my husband enjoyed his dipped twist cone and my mini shake was as amazing and enormous as I remembered! The doors need some work as they are loud and take forever to close which causes a big problem in the dining area on a cold and snowy day. It's worth the stop and pretty reasonably priced. read more

We've been coming to Utah to go skiing for the past 20+ years and I can't believe we've never eaten at Iceberg until now. We were on a quest to find a footlong hot dog (which are hard to find) so I searched all of the restaurant websites to find one and that's how we ended up at Iceberg. I did my ordering online for the Sandy location because we were nearby. The food was ready and waiting when we got there and it was great! We ordered the 2 footlongs well done and that's how the were done, onion rings and fries. You only get 5 or 6 onion rings in an order but that is enough, they're quite large. They were hot and crispy....delicious. The french fries were french fries, not much remarkable about them but they were good. The staff was friendly and fast...Absolutely we'll be going back. read more

I never leave any reviews at all but I felt it was important to the management to know that their staff provided great customer service. The system to pay was down and delayed and caused some delays with my order and others. However, these high school boys did a great job in problem shooting, effectively communicating and sincerely going out of their way to make a difference. Went there the last time I was in Utah a few weeks ago. The new Sandy, Utah location has also fancy grill cheese sandwiches. The Pastrami and cheese sandwich is excellent. Also I have had their French fries there before and they are still good and crispy with a coating on them. I tried their new shake that has some lavender in it. I love the different grill cheese sandwiches. The derp fried beans were not bad either. The service was good. read more

The food was terrible. My corn dog was served still frozen, as were the fries. The girl at the register apologized and said they would remake the corn dog. The second corn dog was also frozen solid. You couldn't pay me to come back here again. The place is dirty and it was empty for a reason, clearly. Don't know how you stay in business when you can't even cook a corn dog. read more

My family and I have been here twice in the last month for the shakes...they don't blend them. each time I have all the toppings at the bottom and plain vanilla through out. If you ask for chocolate ice cream, they will still use vanilla. This iceberg brings shame to the name... Go to the 3900 south location if you want a decent shake. read more

I'm a huge fan of their peanut butter malts. One of the best in my opinion. They add peanut butter sauce around the edges of the cup and actual peanuts inside the malt. Order a mini, it's like a large size! Fries are battered and pair wonderfully with fry sauce. The rest of their food is average. read more

Got some shakes from ice burg, usually when we get them from here they are excellent. The reason why I'm putting in this review is this time around it was horrible! I went there for a take-out lunch today. The weight time following order was 18 minutes. I ordered two sandwiches, one double burger and a crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings. No onions, ketchup or mustard came on the burger just some mayo, lettuce and fry sauce. The onion rings were a total of 5 which was disappointing even though they were the highlight of the meal for me. I didn't finish either sandwich. The shakes are good, but I think DQ is better. Call me crazy, but I think when you offer a "mini" it should be smaller than 16oz and cost less that $4.50 inc tax. I ordered the mini as the smallest option and it is way enormous. I never finish it and more than half goes to waste. Worse than normal experience. Ordered four shakes and got them in a reasonable time, but didn't even make it to the car before they were turning to soup and leaking all over everything. Went back to ask for some lids for our "to go" order and the kid behind the counter tossed two at me. Made a big mess trying to get the lids on. Still leaked all over going home. My wife was not happy. Also, no almonds available for rocky road shakes. Probably won't be going back anytime soon. Stick with the original location. read more

Fast, friendly service, delicious food, and a very clean, fun atmosphere. The onion rings are excellent. I like that the shakes come in smaller sizes than most places, even though they did seem kind of pricey. My only other complaint was that my son ordered a chocolate shake and I had chocolate/banana and his was waaaay better than mine. His was thick and creamy while mine was thin and watery. I don't know if that's because of the banana, but I'll try something else next time. We'll definitely be back. read more
