My experience was not great here :/ I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to express how disappointed I was in this place. Last week I came to this location and there were probably 30 signs saying "DO NOT SAMPLE THE FROYO!!!!" It was obnoxious and clearly they don't care about the customer experience. They had so many flavors so why not offer those little cups to try them?? It's about the whole experience of going, sampling, and building your perfect cup. Had Froyo in other cities, and this one is a decent location. It wasn't a great first-time experience, but the place seemed clean and inviting upon first walking in. Seemed like only one employee was working there, which was fine as we came in the hours between lunch and dinner so it wasn't busy, but we were not greeted when we walked in. Also, you cannot sample any flavors at this time (I'm sure it's because of the pandemic), so I'm not sure if they actually gave samples pre-pandemic at this location. When checking out, the employee seemed disinterested, disconnected, more like a robot who just was there to do her job and not go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Flavors change but the toppings never do. They have such a cute seating arrangement on the inside that is perfect for bigger, small groups. The weekends are busy as per usual for this area. I liked how they kept all of the countertops very clean, even when they were busy. read more

There is plenty seating for small and large groups with a plethora of ambient light (faces east, so you'll not have to worry about direct sunlight shining in your face). Staff was nice and continually cleaned surfaces while our group of 10 visited Saturday after lunchtime. Bathroom (women's) is single serve, bright, and clean. Froyo anywhere is an expensive treat, but worth the price with all the flavors, toppings, and sauces you could imagine. Buy all the ingredients and have your own at home or buy a Ben & Jerrys to see that stopping by FroYo instead is worth working an extra hour of your job to pay for it. read more

I'm not a Frozen Yogurt expert but I thought this was a pretty great experience. The place has a relaxing & inviting decor that makes you want to hang out with friends and family while enjoying your frozen treats. I sampled several flavors and many had a smooth creamy texture with some tastes better than others. The chocolate was quite good. I particularly liked the peach. But other flavors like cheesecake weren't even close (tasted more like birthday cake). There are lots of topping options to choose from. The prices do seem a bit high for frozen yogurt though. We love going to FroYo for dessert. They have a good mix of chocolate-y flavors and fruity flavors. I can remember only one time that we've been and the machine has been out of order, but that was for one flavor of the two that the machine produced. Our favorite flavors are coconut, vanilla, chocolate, mango, and cookies and cream. My favorite toppings (which, I suggest putting some in first before your froyo and on top so you can maximize your topping taste) include the fresh strawberries, cookie dough pieces, chopped pecans and peanuts, mochi (glutinous rice flour cubes), and hot fudge. My daughter's favorite toppings (which sounds gross to me) are juice poppers, gummy worms and bears (which get pretty hard in the freezing cold froyo), brownie pieces, hot fudge, and mini chocolate chips. The couch setup is pretty cool. Great for groups. We've seen a good mix of families and high school or young adult groups here. They play decent movies near the back of the restaurant. This last time we went they were playing Disney Pixar's Up. Overall: we love coming here for a frozen treat and would recommend you checking it out. read more

Loved the pistachio gelato and pomegranate raspberry sorbet. Good stuff! Toppings were good and there's a huge selection of toppings and sauces. Seating inside is very cool. Couches and footrests along with the typical tables. Especially liked the huge half circle that could seat 20. We have been here 10+ times and I can't remember one time that the fruit toppings weren't mushy and horrible looking. The chocolate with cookie and candy bar toppings is my jam so I end up going back. Every time I go back I think "I should try a fruit combo with coconut or something"... My husband and I go all the time. Best Peanut Butter, Hot Fudge and Peanut Butter syrup ( great texture). Tons of different syrup and toppings. So clean and so friendly. They need a dark chocolate option. Their mint flavor has a dye taste to it. Their Pomegranate Raspberry is actually one of my favorites, but the rest of the flavors aren't creative. I think the only reason this place gets so much business is because it's the only frozen yogurt in a 15 mile radius. This was a great place to go. I loved the yogurt and all the different toppings you can do. The environment is really cool too and they have some comfy places to sit and relax. This place used to have really great frozen yogurt but went south quickly. The yogurt use to be thick and creamy with a lot of flavor. The last 3 times my family has gone there, our yogurt was translucent and icey and every flavor just tasted like sugar water. Pretty sure they stopped using dairy with their mixes and are now just using water to cut costs. It tastes cheap but yet their prices have gone up! The store looked comfortable and fun. It was clean. The variety of flavors and toppings were great....however the customer service was HORRID. We walked in to the shop, and there were no employees on the floor to greet us. As we went through and filled our cups, there was still no one. My husband finished before I did, and went to wait at the register. A young woman came out from the back and stood RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM AT THE REGISTER, and she still said nothing. I finished putting my toppings on, and went to the register to weigh in. The young woman did not look at us at all. She told us our price, took our card, asked if we wanted the receipt, and then handed the card back to us, and went back in the back without another word. So she said, "$19.38" and "would you like your receipt?". That's it. No greeting. No smile. No eye contact. Just these two phrases before going back in to her cave in the back. It honestly felt really hostile. Now I get that people have bad days. I also work in a customer service position, and it can be stressful and emotionally draining... but this young woman didn't even try to be friendly. It was a really sad experience. This place says it is closed on google, but it's not. Yogurt is fine but the staff is terrible. Three teenage high schoolers sat and flirted loudly with their boyfriend. One of them burped in the others face and ignored all the customers. They were also eating fries and burgers while they were behind the counter.
