I love coming here with my wife and my boys to get a little treat, sometimes randomly during a workday or on the weekends when I'm off work. I normally get the peanut butter yogurt, if they have it, with crushed Butterfinger on top it's my favorite. The way it works here is that you choose what kind of yogurt you want, and then they have toppings ranging from candy and fruit to syrups. When I was younger, I used to load it up with a lot more toppings, but now I keep it very simple. I like very few things on top of my yogurt, which is why I almost always just get crushed Butterfinger. Highly recommend this place if you want a quick sweet treat with your little ones or some friends. They have some deal where you can fill up your cup for $8 on Friday after 7PM or something so every other poor person like myself comes here. Only thing is, the Dole Whip is not good. The one at Disneyland tastes creamy. The one here tastes like it's super frozen and the temp is off. read more

This is one of the only Menchie's that I know of that still offers $8 fillups on Fridays (after 7 or 8pm). I've seen people build whole towers of yogurt in their cups because of the price. It gets busy here understandably at that time, and if you're not a fan of kids, I recommend that you avoid Friday nights here. Much to my surprise though, the store was still very clean despite the sizable amount of customers. The workers have always been friendly and I've never had an issue come up once. While they don't offer sample cups here, they do have a consistently good variety of flavors so you're bound to find something you like. I really appreciate that they always have a low carb/no sugar added option here. It's one of the only no sugar added froyos that doesn't mess with my stomach. Ample parking since it's in a shopping center. Menchie's makes for a good pre- or post- Marshall's shopping trip. read more

On a hot day frozen yogurt is the best! I was in the area so I decided to stop by. The store was very clean and all the machines were working. The different flavors were delicious and new to me! I'm very disappointed with Menchie's. Last year for my son's birthday they were more than happy to accommodate his gluten-free needs by doing the base of his cake with a hard chocolate layer instead of regular cake this year I called to get a cake for him and they told me they would not be able to do it. It's really not that hard to replace the bottom layer with hard chocolate instead of cake the guy who answered the phone was nice and tried to help but I hope Menchies is realizes that they're missing out on customers by doing this. I love that you can serve yourself your own toppings! At Yogurtland they still insist on serving you and they are so stingy with the toppings. Here at Menchies they have so many yogurt flavors and the toppings are delicious. Crunchy toffee chunks, doughy cookie dough bites, chewy brownies, Mochi, crushed Oreos and cherries. This ambiance is horrible! I came to this location 2 months ago this was my first and last time. The owner here is very prejudice and discriminates towards those of Hispanic decent. When I came into this location, he gave me a disgusted look from head to toe. I was given the stink eye by him. His demeanor gave me a presence of I do not belong here. He has a sense of entitlement and a high ego. A combo of those two do not work hand on hand. I felt very unwelcome and not to mention horrible customer service! The people working there look miserable as if they do not want to be working at this location. Under the current ownership I do not blame them. I was going to be a paying customer but based upon this interaction instead I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not to mention the pricing is outrageous with the serving size especially with this economy. I can always count on crunchy granola, and only ripened strawberries here! Some Menchie's locations chop up super hard and flavorless fruit but not here. Machines are always working with the appropriate settings (no runny yogurts). Only thing is that on Friday nights during their happy hour, the floors are totally filthy from messy people and they're too busy to clean it. Chairs could use cleaning more often too. read more

After shopping at the local Marshalls, my mom and I decided to stop by here for a treat. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was free Waffle Wednesdays! As we checked the flavors, there were not much to our liking (mainly really sweet and seasonal flavors) and we ended up just getting the plain tart froyo with fruit toppings. We are fans of simple flavors and not the crazy concoctions. This is the reason for taking away 1 star. My mom loved their froyo because it was sour/tart and fresh. She liked it more than Pinkberry's plain tart froyo because theirs was too sweet/creamy for her. I agreed with her and thought Menchie's plain tart froyo was delicious as well. Like other froyo parlors, they have a variety of your usual toppings. The nice female cashier provided good customer service and had a smile on her face which made the whole experience great (I've noticed that at some froyo places, the workers look like they're there to get their paychecks only and could not care about putting on a smile). Went tonight in a Friday. Didn't realize it was fill your cup for seven dollars. There are toppings everywhere spilled yogurt all over the floor. There was one guy working at the counter and I asked him if he was working alone. He said no he's working with another person but she's always in the bathroom. I sat here and eat my ice cream and watch the guy clean things here in there, and the girl just stands there with a Sauter and look on her face and literally does nothing to clean white down tables nothing. Everything is completely filthy. It acceptable. There are a ton of people coming in and out for this deal so I'm sure they make a good amount of money. My hope is that they care and realize that they need to keep this place clean. read more

The lines are super long on the weekends, when it's hot outside and when they give away free yogurt (once of year). They offer to give you small sample cups so you may taste the different flavors they have. They have about 12 different flavors to choice from. After your done with choosing your froyo. You approach the topping counter; they have fresh fruits, crackers, chocolates, nuts, candy and much more to choose from. The price of the cup is by the ounce. For 3 adults you could spend up to $17 dollars or less. Always say "to go" so you don't get charged for CA sales taxes. Customer service: there is no interaction with the customers, a lot of teenagers working there, the only time they talk to you is when your paying for your items. One of the newer locations in my area. I love that they have $5 Fridays. After 9pm, it's $5 for a cup of whatever the heck you want. My dad / sis have come home with about a pound of deliciousness. This place will get randomly crowded with people, then again if there's more than 3 people in the yogurt line, it's crowded. Oh and btw they have Dole / pineapple yogurt. So I was craving frozen yogurt and always loved this place. They are following covid rules with no samples so I asked for a sample of a new flavor in a bowl. The employee said yes and put a good amount in which I didn't need because again it was a sample. She then proceeded to charge as said and when I didn't like the flavor didn't offer a refund. I understand the covid restrictions but what I don't understand is having to pay to try a flavor which I did inside. I love Menchie's! Came here today for the first time, after shopping at Marshal'ls. The cashier was friendly, but the problem was the yogurt coming out of the Dulche de leche machine was so liquidy by the time I paid for it and walked outside it was already soup!
