I had the worst experience at this Wendy's. The staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional, the food was cold, and to top it off, they gave me the wrong order. It was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. If I could rate a 0 I would. Get there gave them my name to pick up that was fine. Asked to pull around due to the fries, pulled in where they wanted me to and it was raining for I was patiently waited. My order comes the girl just comes to the door and waves the bags out the door and made me get out in the pouring rain to pick my food. First of all don't wave the bags like I was a dog. I've stopped at this location on two separate occasions. Each visit was pleasant. The drive-thru line flowed smoothly. The staff working the Drive thru are very hospitable, especially when you're at the window face to face. Yesterday was my first time trying the breakfast menu items. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. Omg, I love the potatoes!!! The sandwich was great, except it was very sweet. I'm not sure if that's typical, or someone got a little happy with the honey, lol. I would definitely try other items again. read more

I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad and the lettuce was brown. I guess no one is doing quality control at this location. There is no telling how long this romaine has been sitting seems when they added the chicken they would have noticed and scraped the salad and got a fresh one. This was ordered at 11:12am so no excuse apparently no standards. They used to be known for fresh salads I guess that's changed now I remember why I haven't been here in years! read more

The service just continues to get slower and slower. Every time you come, you get asked to wait at the drive thru speaker box. Today I sat there for 5+ minutes. I hate this new trend of Memphis drive thru restaurants taking and fulfilling one order at a time before even taking to the next car. It kills the efficiency and workflow of what a drive-thru is meant to be. "Just go in and order," you say. I tried that once -- never again. It was 10 minutes before I even got acknowledged by an employee. Food was fine, once I got it. Ugly as sin and burger looked like it was put together by a blind horse in a pitch dark room, but tasted fine. You don't go to Wendy's for gourmet dining. I was craving Wendy's today, so I stopped by this location since it's close. Now the service was okay, but they could be friendlier. No pleasantries at all, just what do you want to order. As for the food, it was fine as I expected what I got. However , my burger did look like a mess lol but luckily it tasted good. I truly love the burgers at Wendy's in general. I stay fairly close to this location. So it's easily accessible and convenient for me. I gave one star because every single time I come to this location and place an order through the drive-through I'm told to pull up and they will bring out my order. I don't get why they don't understand the definition of fast food. I ordered a baconator fries today and I still was told to pull up. The previous times that I have came here after 9 PM here, it takes 15 minutes or more to get my order. They really need to step up their customer service and hire more people so we are not waiting forever for food. read more

I ordered a parmesan Caesar salad and it was not what I asked for, I'm really disappointed in this Wendy's location.

My coworker and I came in to order take out for lunch as we have a busy work load today. I'm appalled at the treatment of customers by the order taker at the register. What really gets me is that he was the MANAGER. A deaf gentleman was in line ahead of us, and this manager completely disrespected him during his transaction. It gets better, though. We thought we were next, but instead of acknowledging my coworker who had stepped up to order, he waved her aside and motioned to another gentleman waiting to the side, and served him his order--- this could have been handled tactfully and respectfully instead of rudeness. We truly didn't mind the other gentleman getting his food ahead of us-- it was the improper and completely inappropriate interaction with customers that appalled us---and from someone who SETS THE EXAMPLE for his employees! A simple, "good day, please excuse me one moment while I help this gentleman " would be appropriate. We should not have stayed to order at that point but we were short on time and hungry. Our food was served quickly. But when I opened my bag I learned why: cold greasy fries ( not and exaggeration- they really were only lukewarm and dripping with grease) and the chicken on my chicken sandwich had obviously been held cooked in its hold well for way past its time. Other than that, it was at least prepared as I requested. I expected a higher level of customer service from a manager. The food was not good but I ate it anyway. I won't go back, ever. I DO NOT recommend this Wendy's. Stay away. read more
