This store is so dirty ! I could not believe how dirty it was. You can tell it has not had a good cleaning in a long time . The tables were dirty (old dirt) from the bottom base to the top. Dirty windows, dirty floor and the trash was overflowing. That makes me wonder if it is safe to eat there. I doubt they clean the machines. Just teenagers working , where are the adults, where are the owners ? What a mess / disaster ! read more

Good selection of flavors! Very friendly staff! This particular location is spacious and has seating inside and out. Free waffle bowl with or without chocolate trim. I prefer it without the chocolate because I like mine really crunchy and my friend had the chocolate and didn't like it so that's something to think about if you like your waffle bowl crunchy like I do! read more

Love Menchies too bad the other one closed down. Does anyone know what happened??? I read the sign on the door but it's stayed the same. Everything inside looks like there ready for business but no one there. Either way my family and I don't mind taking the drive to this location because they have pretty much the great service as the other did. There always packed which lets me know that they have great service and there obviously doing something right. Love the deal they have when you check in. Also love the rewards program we go there so much it helps to get a little back. Our favorite frozen yogurt place. The kids always have a blast. They are given stickers and balloons more often than not. They also have free waffle to place your yogurt in on Wednesdays. They have a large chalk wall where the kids can draw. Place is kept clean There are several frozen yogurt flavors and LOTS of toppings to choose from. Great treat for young and old. It gets a bit busy right after school is let out (it is located behind a school), but other than that, it is pretty empty and accommodating. I love frozen yogurt shops. The best thing about these shops is that each shop has a bar where you can make your own froyo. Each yogurt is not served to you in just one way - as it would be served in a restaurant. In fact, the best part about froyo shops is that you can make your frozen yogurt any way you want, with about a hundred or more ways to customize it. I have been to several of these shops, but I can not think of one as impressive as Menchie's. I treated my mom out to the place, ans even though it was our first time eating at Menchie's, we enjoyed every single minute of it. I just wish I did not eat the leftovers Mom had for Dad. My favorite part about the location was the colorful interior; it caught my intention as soon as I walked in. I also love the quirky marketing on the doors and walls, such as one quote pasted onto the window suggesting to do take-out. The clerk was nice and worked with me very well. She also kindly accepted the discount I got from my Yelp check-in. The froyo is completely self-served: you have twelve tasty yogurt flavors to choose and combine, including cookies and cream, Nutella, dulce de leche and cake batter. Toppings include candy, chocolate, cereal, cookies, cheesecake bits, nuts, and fresh fruit. I combined the new strawberry smoothie and orange sorbets - both of which were in promotion of The Angry Birds Movie - and topped it with kiwi, Cool Whip and Crunch Berries. Needless to say my frozen yogurt was tangy, crisp and refreshing. I also tried my mom's Nutella-flavored froyo: she included cheesecake bites, mango, cherries and Cool Whip, making it smooth and tasty. If I have anything to complain about, it's that I read on the company website that their yogurt flavors include vegan and kosher flavors. "Include"? Why not make all of their flavors vegan and kosher? I think that doing so would open more options, while keeping the wide range of options for regular customers. On another note, I also like the cute spoons, and the themed cups based on The Angry Birds Movie and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. With cool themes like that, I am more certain that this shop has to be a good place to go. I will return to Menchie's time and time again; whether I have a different creation or something familiar, I am certain I will be swept off my feet every time. I love their rewards program, customer service is always great, and you can always sample everything! :) This is my standard ritual when I get to Menchie's: 1. Grab a few of the sampler cups. 2. Try everything that is new from the last time I'd gone. Peanut Butter Reeses cup, O M G - you look yummy! *tries* 3. Grab the big cup. 4. Fill 'er up! 5. Run by the toppings area and dump all the cheesecake bites into my cup. 6. Contemplate whether last night's run equals one pump of condensed milk or two. 7. Pay at the register! I don't typically fill up my cup all the way. It usually sits at about half-filled, so this is always a super delicious treat for like $3 or less! And then you get the free plastic spoon. I have gone 3 times within the past two weeks...obsession much? Honestly, I'm a sucker for any store/restaurant that challenges me with the infamous 'you get a free X when you reach X amount of X'. Challenge accepted. Within 3 visits I reached the $50 amount for a free $5 yogurt. I'll be saving that for a rainy day. Don't fret, I didn't actually spend $50- there are ways to sneak a couple points here and there! Moving on. The place is super clean and a friendly staff- borderline too friendly but I'll take it. They replace flavors frequently so if you stop in once a week, you'll be sure to see the rotating flavors. As for the toppings, Holy Moly! These they haven't rotated but just refill during my visits but I'm sure eventually they'll switch it up. As for the fruits they have a decent collection of them as well as the syrups. All their machines are always working and their toppings always look fresh. I really wanted to like this place but I'm sorry, Menchie's, you just didn't do it for me. With all the yogurt places around, I'm not sure how this one is rated four stars? I walked in and loved the decor. Super cute setup. The employees were clearly high school students and they had some friends visiting them so the entire time I was basically invisible to them. They were not helpful to me at all, instead they were chatting up with their friends. I'm a regular at Yogurtland so thankfully I know how the self-serve yogurt process is and knew what to do but if I depended on the employees, forget about it. As for the yogurt...the only one I liked was the cinnamon roll. The other flavors were just blah. Sorry, but I'll stick with my YogurtLand. read more

I curse the day my cousin introduced me to menchies! I can honestly say that I am addicted to this place. To me froyo is all about the topping and this place has a huge selection to choose from and everything is fresh not to mention bite size just how I like it the frozen yogurt selection is awesome and when I realized that they have Oreo just the cream, just the cookie or swirled together I think I died and went to heaven. They literally have tons of toppings and tons of flavors, they change their flavors up every once in a while ! They have a decent amount of seating outside and inside !!! They let you try out the flavors before you buy, and they have marshmallow cream which is literally LIFE on frozen yogurt. I caved today after driving by for a few months now and I have to say I'm completely disappointed. When we walked in there was no one behind the counter at all, it was like a ghost town, about 3 mins later someone popped their head out from the back and went right back to the back. No greeting, no smile, nothing. The favors available where a complete disappointment, the only one we liked was the Orginal Tart. The candy toppings where hard as rocks and tasted old, while the waffle cone itself was good but the chocolate dipped part was disgusting. It tasted just like the cheap Easter Bunny chocolate and was melting the moment we stepped outside. We will not be returning to Menchi's to say the least. Hopefully those whom go receive a better service and can enjoy their experience more than we did. read more

This place is great! I do like that they switch their flavors like every week. So Everytime I go I pretty much try something new. I like that you can try every flavor before you make a choice and theyre ok with it. They also have an extensive selection of toppings. My favorites are the mochi, cheesecake, kiwi, and strawberry. The fruit toping hey have always seem fresh. I don't particularly like any of the sorbets that they have. My favorite flavor is the dulce I would say. One of the best I tried was eggnog. The place has outdoor seating perfect if you want to enjoy your froyo outside in a nice warm day or if you have dogs. Me and a friend actually took our huskies here one time and it was fun :) One time I came here I got a free waffle just right before they closed haha the employee recognized us because we come pretty often. One thing I dont like that I noticed today was they weigh your froyo with the spoon now. Idk when they started doing that but they didn't used to. If the spoons are getting too expensive I suggest for them to replace them with cheaper ones. Not pass the price to the consumer. The spoon is kind of a signature for munchies and adds to the experience however I can careless for the spoon really. Menchie's has such great frozen yogurt. They are one of the few chains that I will praise. They offer a good variety of flavors and toppings. I am a huge fan of the "create your own aspect". The only thing you need to watch for is to not make your cup too heavy, because they are weighed at the end, and the price can be costly. The cups are very large, so it is hard to tell how much yogurt is in the cup when creating it. Among the various flavors are my favorites, mango, strawberry, and original. They also offer freshly chopped fruits, sauces, candies, and nuts as toppings. This is a great treat to have on a hot day and you don't have to feel too terrible about eating it since technically, it is not ice cream :P read more

My husband and I decided to try this place out. I mean, it's just frozen yogurt and it's 9 o'clock at night. What the heck, why not go for it! The place was clean with a a good amount of customers both inside choosing what toppings to put on their fro yo and customers seated in their outside seating area. I think I tried about 6 different flavors before choosing which direction I wanted to go. I chose the traditional vanilla, mudslide, cake batter and pistachio flavors. Yes frozen yogurt is healthy, but not when you top it with calorie filled crushed chocolate bars and cookies it's not. So think twice before you top your fro yo if you are going to a place like this to be "healthy." So did I put any of that calorie filled goodness on my fro yo? Yes, yes I did. I'm a sucker for heath bars so I sprinkled some of it on top. To my surprise they also had lychee popping boba, mango popping boba and mochi! Definitely a plus for this Asian girl right here! They also have what they call a "Smile rewards card" that can get you a $5.00 credit towards a future visit once you've earned $50 worth of smiles. Hey, I'm all for rewards! As we paid for our yogurt which was calculated by weight, our cashier girl was very friendly and happy to serve us. Big plus for great customer service Menchie's! This is my second time coming here and wow can i say i've never been so disappointed. My son and i had to leave after only being there 5 minutes. The ice cream is great and so is the staff but the manager or owner or whoever was in charge was very disrespectful. overall looked unclean and made the store look even worse, attitude throughout my whole visit there, this person shouldn't be working with food and customer service if he looks like that and treats his costumers like that. Very nasty. Very disappointed. i feel very badly for this store and people who come here, hopefully none of you find one of his toenails in your ice cream. read more
