8/14/26 was my first visit to the Braum's in Denison but thanks to the food and staff, it won't be my last! Perry was insanely wonderful!! I was with three family members that were visiting me from out of state. Perry's knowledge, patience and smile could not have been more pleasant! You would think that four people never ordered from a menu before with all the questions we had but Perry never once changed his pleasant attitude. The food was good. We ordered a variety of food and ice cream, and all enjoyed what they had. TBT, the grilled chicken salad was way better than I expected. I expected it to be decent, but it was excellent. Special shoutout to Michael too. What a sweet young man that also helped with our order. When we were leaving, Perry was at the Marketplace register. This showed that he jumps in to help regardless of what the task is. The girl that was making the purchase also agreed how consistently wonderful the team at this location is. Food gave my cousin food poisoning. Horrible braums sauce. Chunky sauce and tenders were undercooked.

We were visiting family & very much looking forward to this place that they raved about. Service was slow & thats okay, but what was not okay was the rude disrespectful girl behind the counter. She was not wearing a name tag so she gets a pass in this one. Another girl jumped in to finish taking our order since thr first girl made ONE item then walked away. No explanation that she had to work the drive through, just walked away. And in between orders, she walked passed is, ignoring us to "wipe a counter" or pretend to be busy. This happened on 4/7/2026 around 4:50pm. Hopefully management checks their footage & takes appropriate actions. I'm 55 & worker customer service my whole adult life & NEVER would I treat a paying customer this way or allow my staff to! The ice cream was great!! Customer service, do better. read more

they charged me 9.61 for the big country breakfast with gravy and it's only 5 something and on top of that the gravy had brown grease chunks all in it absolutely disgusting. Whoever made my gravy needs to be fired and whoever overcharged me needs to be fired. read more

Food is awesome and well priced. Ice cream is best in north Texas. Something has changed with their blueberry muffins. They certainly are lacking what they used to be. Seems like they've taken all the sugar out of the muffins. Not near as good as they used to be read more

Off and on service and food quality! What bothers me are the kitchen employees who are cooking with their plastic gloves, then they are sweeping, handling trays, using the microphone to call orders or going to the grocery side-then going back to prepare food without removing the plastic gloves. Today was a disaster! We waited at the counter for 7 minutes while 2 employees scurried around behind the counter. No one greeted us until a lady yelled to us that someone was coming from the back to take our order! Then, there was no coffee. Then, they somehow didn't do our order and after 25 minutes we asked for our money back. The Assistant Manager apologized that he was on break and they got slammed with a burrito order. It's easy to greet people and validate their existence. It's easy to teach people how to let a customer know what's going on. Braums you sucked today and pissed off a good customer! read more

My husband and I were at the ice cream counter to place an order. The young man took my order and completed it. The young man then started to walk away. I said my husband wanted to place an order and he told us he had to go, his "mom was here". Yet 10 minutes later he's still in the store. read more

I'm obviously no longer waiting and driving off bc there are still 4 cars in front of me but if someone is at your window and you do not have their crap ready, make them pull up so the rest of us who got a scoop of ice cream, can move on with our lives. Went for breakfast this morning around 10. I ordered the California chipotle breakfast burrito combo. The burrito was delicious, but what came with it? The mummified remains of what was supposed to be hash browns. They were over cooked, hard, crunchy, extremely old, and not even warm. A far cry from edible. Also got home and there were no napkins, hot sauce, or ketchup in the bag. Just the burrito and my mummified hash browns. read more

This is one of the better locations that I've had the chance to visit. Yes, it's in my hometown, but I'm not biased at all. I've never had any problems here and I have many fond high-school memories of this place. The food is always fresh and cooked to order, the ice cream rich and freezing cold and the employees in a friendly mood. I'm always a little giddy to pull up and order a large chocolate frozen yogurt in a cup (some of the best frozen yogurt I've found... aside from Pinkberry, that is!). read more

The staff here is truly amazing, managers Anthony and Jesse were the employees who helped me and my wife, they demonstrated an amazing attitude and were committed to me through the entire process. Went thru the drive thru to get ice cream , it was melted before it got to the car , and they usually make my chocolate shakes with chocolate ice cream , they didn't this time they made it with vanilla which I don't really care for because they don't put enough chocolate syrup in it ... I love Braums but this store is the worst. Every time I have gone the store is too busy for the amount of help. The kids making ice cream come to the register with ice cream on their hands. The manager was rude when I asked for a refund when they overcharged. His comment was he had four orders backed up! It took 45 minutes to get 3 chicken sandwiches. I won't go to it again. read more

Stopped for breakfast while traveling. I must say without a doubt it was the worst biscuits and gravy I've ever tried to eat the gravy was slimy like library paste and the biscuit dry and tasteless. We bought $42 worth of food. No ice at pop machine, lids missing for cups,no forks for my salad, no straws for drink, forgot one of my fries. We came here to get a sundae the long line inside was expected but after standing in line for 10 min. We noticed a couple who had been waiting in line just to pay they were almost done eating there ice cream, , out of all 7 employees 5 of them were all helping the drive thru, not 1 of them helping the customers inside n several customers left. Next time I want an ice cream sundae I will go to either sonic or drive to the Sherman location. Very unsatisfied with the service. I ordered a candy bar sundae with Oreos and I received vanilla ice cream and very little hot fudge (like 2 dots of hot fudge)...no Oreos or whip cream. I then asked another worker to fix it and they put chocolate syrup on it? If I wanted chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream I would've went to the grocery store. We come to this Braums's when we're up at my Mom's house. It's not far from her house and generally speaking, the food comes out quickly. However on some Saturdays, it chock full of kids (some of which run wild and are loud but that's ok with me as long as the place doesn't get dirty when/if they throw trash and food everywhere - well, I shouldn't just pick on kids for that either). This time, it was fairly empty when we arrived although it did get full by the time we left. Food was good too. I tried the chicken strips instead of my usual hamburger. Not only was the chicken good and not greasy, it looked like chicken. The gravy was good and didn't taste like it came out of a mix although I'm sure it did. Mom always gets the little burger and a chocolate shake (a big one so she can take it home and put the leftover shake in the freezer for later). My brother and sister-in-law get the regular burgers. Pretty standard fare and we usually always have a good time there. The only problem we had was getting catsup. The containers were empty or so low that we couldn't get any more catsup out. And not just me, several others tried too. And the person behind the counter really didn't want to give us packets - she finally did. But by the time we left, the catsup was still missing from the containers. Not a good thing on a weekend! Mom uses a walker (the kind with front wheels and tennis balls on the back) and it is easy to get in and out. We don't always use the handicap parking and we did not today even though there were some handicap spots available. read more

Awful experience. Took forever to get someone to take our order and when they did, it was a young boy with a bad attitude. He would ask rudely "What do you want!" What size! Very rude and did not get our order right at all. Overall the place was dirty and this employee should have been sent home as he obviously did not want to be there and it showed. read more
