They do have stations for a quick mall-style polish as well, if that's what you're after. What I got back was three pairs of shoes that looked [almost] new! Not just that, but it lasted! I dropped it off Wednesday and they said it would be ready by Monday. They actually had it ready the next day so thy are definitely fast but I think I would have preferred they take their time and get the small details right. The ll bean boots look good, there was some leftover polish they didn't fully rub in but minor quibble. Really its the repair on the danner boots that I think would have benefited from more attention to detail. The leather they replaced is the same color but way more wrinkled and its clearly a cheaper leather than the original. Whats worse is the stitching, the old one had it tucked in and smooth but the repair has the old leather more pronounced and it rubs on the heel and ankle. Its still wearable but feel like an extra 10 minutes would have resulted in a better finish.
