I needed to get 2 sets of keys copied and while making them he was just frustrated. Only made one set that I dont even know will work or not, and then he came to a conclusion saying that my keys are way too warm out when ever They are COMPLETELY BRAND NEW KEYS, and he wont make them when he already made one set! The two technicians assigned to do the installation, Felix and Larry, were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work. What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. I can see why Guardian Angel gets such great reviews on Yelp. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have recommended people to AMP before since my building has several owners who occasionally get locked out, but I've never once needed to reach out myself personally. Andrew, who is the manager, answered immediately, and then immediately got one of his two top locksmiths out within half an hour - this was after two other Locksmiths who boast excellent response time - Guardian Angel locksmith and FLAMMS Locksmith both in Sherman Oaks - refused and said that they were completely tied up... So much for compassion and loyalty. I got lucky and ended up with NICK who (despite me having a higher end lock that requires more effort than the usual), immediately opened it within two minutes. I know from experience that different locks can take upwards of an hour to crack depending on how complex they're created. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, the price point was lower than Guardian Angel and FLAMMS, they were communicative, compassionate, and got the job done immediately. (And then... Pray that you get NICK!!) MUST CALL!

Got in touch, they sent a technician over in about 20min exactly, the technician had spent over 30min trying to open to bottom lock, and he was successful, i almost had my doubts, but he pulled it off, and i was just amazed by the technicality. He gave me a great deal of replacing the bottom lock, and re-installing a new lock, which was going to be a different key, but he gave me another awesome to deal to have 1 key work for a different top and bottom lock.
