Adrian is a solid guy. He was very responsive on Yelp messenger and actually, kept his word to do in-person, free estimate. I booked estimate appts with several other electricians on Yelp and they kept cancelling at the last minute and then just stopped returning calls. [Guess their business is so good that they don't bother]. Adrian arrived on time and made an assessment and gave me a very fair quote. He's licensed, insured, and bonded. I should have booked him then, but I thought I'd do a little more research since he was the first to actually come out. After only 1 other electrician came out for an in person estimate (and several others who asked for pictures and gave a quote over messenger/phone), I booked Adrian. He was booked out for a week so he's in demand. Adrian re-confirmed our appointment and even called me before he was heading over. He and Oscar are a good team. Efficient. And since I wanted a specific Hubbell NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla specifically recommends on this one), they installed one that I ordered. Weatherproof bubble cover that's lockable. We checked that the car charger received power before they left. Now, I can charge my EV at home and not take 3 days! I previously contacted Mendez electrical maintenance for a free in home estimate. Adrian came out to do the home estimate provided and estimate and advise to call back when I decided. Keep in mind Adrian came out and had a mask but was not wearing appropriately. Adrian provided a very competitive price which is the reason why I decided to follow up a few days after. I kindly asked him if I can please get a written estimate with details and he replied at 4AM he would get it to me. A day after I followed up and all of a sudden he stopped responding. They claim no job is to big or to small but apparently re-wiring and upgrading a panel must way more than big. It is surprising reading their reviews that i am starting to believe they might pay for reviews or family members trying to help a small business but definitely not a company you can trust to work with. Did an excellent job installing some smart light switches for me. I tried to do it myself and accidentally tripped the breakers, shutting off all the lights. They were old and I couldn't get them turned on. I asked for quotes on Yelp and some people were evasive or vague -- and for somewhat good reason. I was a little vague myself, not really knowing much about the electrical situation or if the smart switches could even be installed in this old house. But Adrian was not evasive at all. He responded quickly, said he could address all of my issues, gave me a quote on Yelp, and came very quickly when I accepted. Outstanding electrician, good personality and communication, free estimation, works around your schedule, accepts credit, and give you discounts to use your own outlets and such. I wanted to install a NEMA 14-50 and had quotes that ranged around 1.3-1.5k. I kept looking around for a person who would do the job correctly on a budget and Adrian outdid himself. He gave me a quote, after a few discounts, to lower the initial ~650$ to 585$ flat. He was extremely communicative during the process and knows how to work efficiently. He worked with many NEMA 14-50 installations before so he knows what to do. I didn't tell him I was using a 32A charger for the new NEMA 14-50 so it didn't work correctly the first time. After a few conversations, he came back, switched the 50A breaker to a 40A breaker and it is working amazingly. I highly recommend Adrian! read more

Spoke to Adrian yesterday to set up a fix as soon as possible. After speaking to many electricians, Adrian was very blunt, polite, and quick to respond. He sent out his worker Nestor, who was very knowledgeable about our electrical issues. Nestor arrived at 6pm sharp which was our determined time and 3 hours later, our wiring was fixed and we had usable electric outlets In our house! We couldn't figure it out ourselves after many diy and diagnostic electric issue videos. Well worth the money and great business.
