He Did bloodwork, gave her a couple medicines and she was feeling much better in a couple of days. He also called me to follow up. The staff is wonderful to work with always patient and courteous. Dr. Ammeraal spent a lot of time diagnosing her problem and really cares. Therefore, I am now a loyal client. He's the best! I was also told by the Randolph Animal shelter that they are very good. It makes no sense and I was shocked that they wouldn't honor the appointment and made a new one. To show how poorly run they are, the lady that answered proactively said she'd ask a manager if they can honor it, and then came back with the same no. I'm glad I found out how unreliable they are before I actually needed more than the initial puppy shots. Sad to see a business like this in Randolph.

He would do an ultrasound on him in which he already went to another vet and had a physical and x-rays, knowing that I just lost my job and did not have any money, but love my dog he said that an ultrasound had to be done in order for him to determine whether it was cancer. He told me to bring my dog in at 12, and when I went back at four, my dog was still in a cage and and the ultrasound person did not arrive yet. My dog was in the cage for four hours, scared and shaking. I called him and told him he should've called me. I would've picked him up so he wouldn't have to be alone and scared in a strange place, and he said well we didn't know what time he she was coming? He would not perform the ultrasound unless he got money first he has a poor excuse for a vet.

We've tried several trainers and boarding facilities in various cities and states. We even resorted to trying a famous YouTube trainer and he came back worse and even more anxious. Typically, these expensive "board and trains" we've participated in have ended with medication recommendations and a "good luck". One final trainer recommended we try Mind Of Dog because she also wasn't able to break through. I'm so grateful we did. He's thriving and comes home exhausted. An added bonus is the people training we've received. The best part of all of it, is that he's finally getting the exercise and structure he's always needed and deserves. They handle the dogs calmly, but with lots of structure and clear boundaries, which our dog desperately needs. We can finally go to work and travel without worrying that he's being mishandled or ignored. Her regular vet said that if she did not respond to the antibiotics, we should consider putting her down. When I informed Cats Amazing, which rescued my cat and where I adopted her from, they recommended Dr. Wooley at Cats Only immediately. Dr. Wooley has successfully treated another cat that was severely anemic and she was able to the same to save my cat after two weeks of treatment. Her team was great in communication and took wonderful care of my cat during boarding. I cannot thank her and her wonderful team enough for their care of my cat. From now on, Dr. Wooley and her team will be our family vet for our three cats.
